3. Component:
The Double Girder Overhead Crane with Rotating Electromagnetic Hanging Beam is mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge frame, a hoisting trolley (with electromagnetic hanging beam), a cart operating mechanism, a driver's cab and an electrical control system, and is equipped with a power failure magnetic protection system.
The hoisting mechanism mostly adopts the arrangement of single motor, double reducer and double drum, in the form of double lifting points. The layout of the hanging beam is divided into two types: perpendicular to the main beam or parallel to the main beam. The rest of the form is the same as the QD crane.
The metal structure includes bridge frame, trolley frame and control room. The bridge frame is composed of two main beams, two end beams and other components such as walking platforms and guardrails. The wheel set of the cart is installed under the end beam, which bears the loads in all vertical directions of the crane.
The trolley frame is a frame that supports and installs the various components of the hoisting mechanism and the trolley running mechanism, and is also a structural member that bears and transmits all the lifting loads.
Fixed hanging beam structure. It is divided into two types: the hanging beam is parallel to the main beam and the hanging beam is perpendicular to the main beam. If the hanging beam is parallel to the main beam, the axes of the two drums are also parallel to the main beam, forming a trolley with a small track gauge and a large wheel base; If the hanging beam is perpendicular to the main beam, the axes of the two drums are also perpendicular to the main beam, forming a trolley with a large track gauge and a small wheel base.
The upper part of the hanging beam is hung on the two hooks of the hoisting mechanism through two pin shafts, and the hanging beam can be raised and lowered smoothly through the lifting and lowering of the hooks. The electromagnet is hung on the pin shaft of the hanging beam through the chain to absorb and lift heavy objects. There can be multiple lifting points under the beam to meet the needs of different hanging objects. The eccentric load is not more than 0.5 meters.

7. Why is the electromagnetic chuck easy to break?
After the electromagnetic chuck leaves the factory, there is generally a running-in period of about 60 hours, which is stipulated by the manufacturing factory based on the technical characteristics of the electromagnetic chuck at the initial stage of use.
The running-in period is mainly an important link to ensure the normal operation of the electromagnetic chuck, reduce the failure rate and prolong the service life.
However, due to the lack of common sense in this area or the tight schedule, some users used the machine for a long time during the running-in period, and used it for a long time, ignoring the special technical requirements of the running-in period of the new machine, resulting in frequent early failures of the machine.
Therefore, full attention should be paid to the use and maintenance of the electromagnetic chuck during the break-in period.
The main reasons for the burnt out of the electromagnetic chuck motor are as follows:
Ⅰ. In addition to the lack of phase, the reasons for the burning of the lifting motor include:
(1) The load is too heavy;
(2) The motor bearing is damaged;
(3) The brake is not working. During operation, whether it is disengaged or the electromagnetic coil is not in good contact, sometimes the power is cut off, and the brake drum is locked.
Ⅱ. Reasons for lack of phase:
(1) The contacts of the contactor are frequently activated and ablated quickly, and the contact spring and the plastic at the contact are burned and deformed, which will make the contact position insufficient and cause phase loss.
(2) The fuse is too small to cause fever, blown phase and lack of phase;
(3) The lack of phase caused by poor contact of the power supply;
(4) Poor contact of the incoming wire of the motor;
(5) Install an automatic circuit breaker with high agility and a thermal overcurrent protector, and install a phase loss controller to effectively prevent it.
