Electric hoist is a small lifting equipment driven by electricity, which is small in size, light in weight, low in price and easy to use. According to its different structure, it can be divided into wire rope electric hoist and chain electric hoist.

 

1. Electric chain hoist

 

The electric chain hoist is an electric hoist with a welded circular chain as the load. Compared with the wire rope electric hoist, the structure is lighter and the price is cheaper.

 

2. Wire rope electric hoist

 

The wire rope electric hoist is an electric hoist with a wire rope as a load. It is used with I-beam or H-beam and a box. It can be lifted up and down or moved left and right.

 

It can be used as a hoisting mechanism for overhead monorail cranes, electric single girder, electric suspension and other cranes.

 

 

Single girder crane

 

Generally, the single-girder cranes we refer to are end beams plus main girders and a complete set of electric hoists. If there is no electric hoist, the single-girder cranes under normal use are basically unable to do work. The electric hoist is only a set of combined mechanisms in the single-girder crane. The mobile electric hoist can be used with the single-girder crane to realize all-round movement up and down, left and right, and front and rear.

 

Electric hoists are light and small lifting equipment. If you use a fixed electric hoist, no matter how many tons the lifting capacity is, you do not need to apply for inspection; single-girder cranes are different. Single-girder cranes are beam-type cranes with a lifting capacity of more than 3 tons (including 3 tons) requires inspection.
