3. Types of Mast Lift:
Aluminum alloy mobile type: product representatives include single-column aluminum alloy elevator, double-column aluminum alloy elevator, three-column aluminum alloy elevator, and four-column aluminum alloy elevator.
It is generally suitable for 1-2 people to climb up. The height of a single column is less than 10 meters, the height of a double column is generally less than 12 meters, and the height of multiple columns can reach about 20 meters.
Single mast aluminum alloy lifting platform: The single mast supports the working platform, which is the earliest aluminum alloy elevator.
The whole machine is light in weight, flexible in movement, suitable for single-person operation, and can enter general standard doorways and elevators of buildings after condensation.

4. Component:

6. Operating Specifications
(1) Any work carried out at a height of 2 meters (most domestic standards: 1.8 meters) and above should be regarded as high-altitude work.
All work that can be done on the ground in advance must be done on the ground, and work at heights should be minimized.
(2) Personnel working at heights must be in good health. Those who suffer from mental illness, epilepsy, hypertension, heart disease and other diseases that are not suitable for working at heights are not allowed to participate in work at heights.
When it is found that the staff is drinking and lacking in spirit, it is forbidden to work at heights.
(3) The operators of the aerial work platform must accept the operation instruction of the relevant equipment or be familiar with the equipment operation specifications in the "Aerial Work Platform Operation Manual" and the safety precautions for the use of the aerial work platform equipment before they can perform climbing operations.
(4) When working on dam crests, steep slopes, roofs, cliffs, towers, suspension bridges and other dangerous edges, safety nets or protective railings should be installed on the air side, otherwise the staff must use seat belts.
(5) Ice, snow, gravel, and soil on cliffs, steep slopes, or sidewalks must be cleaned frequently, and a 1-meter-high railing must be installed on the outside side.
Set 18 cm high side panels or soil ridges on the inside of the railing to prevent falling objects from hurting people.
(6) When working on scaffolding without scaffolding or without railings, and the height exceeds 1.5 meters, safety belts must be used, or other reliable safety measures must be taken.
(7) The seat belt should be inspected before use, and a static load test should be carried out regularly (every 6 months). The test load is 225 kg and the test time is 5 minutes. After the test, check whether there is deformation, rupture, etc. Make test records.
Unqualified seat belts should be dealt with in a timely manner.
(8) The hook or rope of the seat belt should be hung on a strong and firm member or a wire rope specially used for hanging the seat belt.
Do not hang on moving or unstable objects.
(9) Tool bags should always be used when working at heights. Larger tools should be tied to solid components with ropes, and are not allowed to be placed indiscriminately to prevent accidents from falling from a height.
(10) When working at heights, other than the relevant personnel, other people are not allowed to walk or stay under the work site. Fences or other protective devices should be installed under the work site to prevent falling objects from hurting people.
If working on a grid-type platform, in order to prevent tools and equipment from falling, planks should be laid.
(11) It is not allowed to throw tools and materials up and down. They should be tied with ropes and then hung up or down, so as not to injure the staff below or destroy the scaffolding.
(12) When the upper and lower floors are working at the same time, a tight and firm protective partition, shed or other isolation facilities must be erected in the middle, and the staff must wear safety helmets.
(13) Work in the open air at a height below minus ten degrees in winter. If necessary, there should be a heating rest place near the construction area. The heating equipment should be managed by a special person, and attention should be paid to fire prevention.
(14) In case of strong winds of level 6 and above and severe weather such as heavy rain, thunder and heavy fog, work at heights in the open air should be stopped.
(15) It is forbidden to work on weak structures (such as asbestos tile roofs).
In order to prevent accidental boarding, warning signs should be hung at the necessary places of this structure.
