12 requirements for the use of Electric Winches
(1) The installation distance of the 50 ton electric winch should be 15 meters away from the lifting distance of the heavy object. If a mast crane is used, the distance should not be less than the height of the mast.
(2) The distance from the center of the reel to the nearest guide block should be greater than 20 times the length of the reel. The barrel centerline is vertical.
(3) The steel wire rope must be firmly fixed to the drum. The minimum allowable diameter of the drum is 16 to 20 times that of the steel wire rope. When the steel wire rope is left to the required length, the wire rope left on the drum must not be less than 3 turns.
(4) The fixing of the winch must be firm, solid and stable to prevent dumping and slipping when lifting objects.
(5) The electrical control of the hoist should be placed on the operator, and all electrical equipment should be equipped with grounding wires to prevent electric shock, and electrical switches need to be protected.
(6) Before driving, check whether the rotation of each part of the hoist is flexible, and whether the braking device is reliable and sensitive.
(7) Operators must be familiar with the performance and structure of the hoist and have practical operating experience.
(8) When working, no one is allowed to stand within two meters around the 30 ton electric winch, and no one is allowed to stand on both sides of the running rope and around the guide block.
(9) When the hoist is running, the action should be smooth and even. When lifting heavy objects, it should be hoisted slowly first. When the running rope has been tightened, it is strictly forbidden to start suddenly and accelerate violently, and check whether the rope buckle and the binding of the object are firm. ,reliable.
(10) It is strictly forbidden to use the winch for lifting loads, and it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air, and it is forbidden for people to stay or walk under the suspended objects.
(11) The operation of the winch must be strictly implemented. If the signal is unclear, the steel rope will deviate, and the brakes will not work when the load is loaded, do not drive.
(12) After the hoist stops working, cut off the power supply, place the controller at zero position, use the safety brake to brake tightly, and let the running rope release the wooden points.
