6. Top Running Single Girder Crane Operation Steps

With Cab

When entering the cab, first lock the door, turn on the power, and do a test run.

According to the requirements of the ground commander, run the hook directly above the object to be hoisted. After the ground personnel have completed everything, press the button to raise or move the position and lift or lower according to the command (note: wait until the object to be hoisted is high enough. It can be lifted normally only when the base level is 50mm and there are no abnormal conditions.)

When moving laterally, it must be coordinated with the ground command, and the hanging object must be at least 200mm higher than the obstacle. When falling, when the hanging object is 100mm away from the reference plane, the button should be pressed to ensure that the object falls smoothly.

No Cab

Turn off the power first, and then lower the hook to the object to be lifted. According to the lifting requirements, operate the command button correctly. After the operation is completed, the hook should be raised to a safe height, the machine should be parked in place, and the power switch should be turned off.
