Electromagnetic chuck controller working principle and installation method
Working principle: After the AC voltage 380V is stepped down by the transformer, it is rectified by the rectifier and becomes 110V DC, and then enters the sucker through the control device. At this time, the sucker is magnetized, and the reverse voltage line is connected to the demagnetization, and the controller achieves the demagnetization function.
How to use: Turn on the switch and the indicator light (red light) is on, indicating that the rectifier controller is powered on, and the output voltage indication is on the voltmeter; press the green button and the indicator light (green light) is on, and the ammeter has an indication of the working current. At this time, the suction cup is energized and has magnetism, the interlocking circuit of the main engine is connected to the main engine, and the machine tool can start to work. After the work is completed, press the red button (the green light is off), the suction cup will demagnetize, release the button, and the relay in the controller will delay for 2-3 seconds After demagnetization ends.
Installation method: The four-core socket of the controller: the two-color (red) lead of the plug is the host control line, which is connected in series to the common line of the host control part, and the two-color (green) plug is the input 380V power line. The three-core socket of this controller: the two-color (green) plug is connected to both ends of the electromagnetic chuck, and the plug (red) is the ground wire.
Note: When multiple lifting electromagnets are used together, the consistency of the adsorption surfaces of the lifting electromagnets is very important. Because its work is long-term suction lifting and moving, the wear of its lifting lugs, chains, pins and plate surfaces is related to the weight of the absorbed object and the length of lifting time, so when multiple lifting electromagnets are used together, it will Variations in height appear. Security check
Before using the bridge overhead crane, check whether the vertical pillars and load-bearing beams on both sides are obviously deformed, tilted, cracked or the connecting bolts fall off.
Whether the electrical connection lines are aging or damaged, whether the connections are firm, and whether the insulation is intact.
Check whether the wire rope is twisted and deformed, whether it becomes thinner, elongated and broken wire meets the scrap condition.
Check whether the pulleys, hooks, shackle shafts, anti-decoupling devices, etc. are severely worn and deformed.
Check whether the lifting limiter is normal.
If there is a cab, check whether the cab door controller is sensitive and effective, whether the pressing and popping of each control button are normal, and check whether the operating systems in the cab are safe, sensitive and effective.
Check whether the lateral braking system is effective and reliable.
Before use, check whether the connection parts are firmly connected, whether the assembly meets the requirements, and whether the power supply voltage meets the regulations.
Check whether the brakes of the lifting system of the large and small hooks are effective and reliable.
Before the official operation and during the trial operation, whether the motors at both ends have different speeds, whether the track screws are loose, if there is any problem, stop the vehicle immediately, and only drive after the problem is solved. It is strictly forbidden to work with illness.

During the hoisting operation, the driver should cooperate with the ground conductor, try to keep the lifting, walking speed and stop consistent, and only one person can command at the scene, and two people cannot cross command at the same time.
Sufficient lighting should be provided for hoisting operations at night. During the hoisting operation, it must be hoisted according to the specified load, and overload operation is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to stand, pass and work under the suspended heavy objects.
During the lifting process, when dangerous situations such as broken wire ropes, falling objects or failures occur, the machine should be stopped in time to deal with it, and the hoisting operation should not be continued until the cause is found out and the failure is eliminated.
When it is in working condition, no maintenance and repairs are allowed.
If there is any abnormal noise during use, the procedure of stopping first, then checking, and starting after troubleshooting should be followed.
