Features
1. Walking platform. Bridge Girder Crane is equipped with electrical equipment such as a trolley running mechanism, control panel, protection cabinet, resistor, etc. The walking platform near the conductive beam is called a conductive walking platform, which is equipped with electric pillars, conductive tram lines or cable brackets, conductive cables, etc. The walking platform is made of textured steel plates and has good anti slip performance.
2. Protective railings. For safety reasons, protective railings are installed on the outer side of the walking platform. The height of the protective railing should not be less than 1050mm and should be made of high-quality steel. Any part of the protective railing can withstand a 1kn load from any direction without plastic deformation.
3. Overspeed protection is a safety protection device installed in the lifting mechanism of a crane. This device eliminates the working state of the sliding hook, ensures the safety of lifting heavy objects, and protects the personal safety of operators.
4. The driver's cab is the place where the operator controls the crane. Generally set at both ends or in the middle of the crane bridge.
The cab of Overhead crane has the following requirements:
① The connection between the driver's cab and the suspension or support components must be firm, and its top should be able to withstand a static load of 2.5kN/m2.
② Cranes operating in high temperature, dusty, toxic and other environments should use enclosed cabins; The cab of the crane for outdoor operations should have wind, rain, and sun protection facilities.
③ The driver's cab should be located on the side without conductive tram lines. If it is necessary to set it on one side of the conductive tram line due to conditions, a reliable electric shock protection board should be installed.
④ Cranes, such as metallurgical cranes, that operate at temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius and operate at high temperatures should be equipped with cooling devices; Cabins with operating temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius should be equipped with safe and reliable heating devices.
⑤ The driver's cab should have a wide view and be easy to operate and maintain; The operator's cab should ensure that the operator can safely and quickly evacuate in the event of an accident; The bottom plate of the driver's cab should be laid with insulation templates or rubber and other insulation materials.
Bridge Girder Crane Regular Inspection Rules
Clean up the main stress-bearing parts, main welds, severely corroded parts, and parts and parts designated by inspectors to expose the metal surface;
It is necessary to ascend for inspection (reliable and safe ascending measures should be taken for parts that are 3m above the ground or fixed plane;
Safety lighting, working power supply, and necessary inspection auxiliary tools or instruments that meet inspection and safety requirements;

If a load test is required, it shall be equipped with a test load that meets the specified weight and corresponding type of load test;
