3. Component:
 

LX type Single girder underslung bridge crane is composed of metal structure, lifting mechanism, running mechanism and electrical parts.

 

Metal structure part: The main beam is made of U-shaped channel steel formed by steel plate rolling, and welded with I-beam to form a box-shaped solid web beam. The end beam is composed of channel steel, and the main and end beams are hinged with pins to ensure that the wheels can contact the track in a balanced and effective manner, and it is convenient for disassembly, transportation and storage.
 

Lifting mechanism: The electric wire rope hoist is used as the lifting mechanism.
 

Running mechanism: The crane operating mechanism adopts the electric trolley structure for electric hoist, which is driven by a conical rotor motor, and the running speed can be customized according to customer requirements.
 

Electrical part: There are two types of crane power supply introduction forms: safety sliding contact line and flexible cable power supply. The electric wire rope hoist and the whole crane are equipped with safety devices. Such as: lifting limit switch, end limit switch, overload limiter, etc., and equipped with power cutoff and phase-misalignment protection devices.
