5.European single grider eot overhead crane run-in maintenance:

 

The running-in period is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the crane, reduce the failure rate and extend its service life. After the crane leaves the factory, it is generally stipulated that there is a running-in period of about 60 hours (some are called running-in period), which is stipulated by the manufacturing factory according to the technical characteristics of the early use of the crane.

 

Because the crane is a special vehicle, the operator should accept the training and guidance of the manufacturer, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience to operate the machine. The product use and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer is the necessary information for the operator to operate the equipment. Before operating the machine, it is necessary to read the use and maintenance manual first, and operate and maintain according to the requirements of the manual.

 

Pay attention to the work load in the running-in period, the work load in the running-in period generally do not exceed 80% of the rated work load, and to arrange a suitable workload to prevent the occurrence of overheating caused by the machine for a long time continuous operation.
