3. Component:

The underhung monorail cranes consist of a main beam, two end beams, a cart running mechanism, a wire rope electric hoist, and an electrical control system;

The main frame of the bridge frame is composed of a main beam and two end beams, and the cart running mechanism is connected by high-strength bolts;

The cart running mechanism consists of two motors, two reducers, and four traveling wheels (two active and two driven) installed on both sides of the end beam; Electric wire rope hoist is composed of trolley running mechanism, hoisting mechanism and electrical system; The trolley running mechanism is composed of a motor, a reducer, a small wheel, and an electrical control system. It is installed under the main beam of the bridge machine to move left and right along the main beam, and the normal speed is 20m/min;

The hoisting mechanism (electric wire rope hoist) is composed of a motor, a reducer, a drum and a casing, a wire rope, a hook, and an electric device. It is installed under the running trolley for ascending and descending operation, and there are two forms of single-speed and double-speed;

The electrical control system consists of the main engine cart control box, electric hoist control box, overload limiter, break fire limiter, travel switch, remote control, collector, seamless sliding contact line, drop wheel, tow cable, wire drawing, rope buckles, flange bolts and other accessories;
