Each crane component electronic control system undergoes full-function no-load testing in accordance with IEC standards to ensure that all electronic control systems are reliable and effective and reduce the workload of on-site installation and debugging;

 

Check the complete vehicle function through the factory no-load test, adjust the speed and hook distance, and review it by the quality inspection personnel;

 

If required, crane components can be inspected by a third party to ensure that the equipment is manufactured according to technical requirements. However, a fee for this part of the test will be charged;

 

If required, customer-specified inspections and tests can also be arranged for each component of the crane. Such tests and detailed test procedures must be approved by both parties before testing. However, a fee for this part of the test will be charged. Customers are welcome to be present during factory testing prior to shipping/delivery.

The spare parts of double-girder bridge crane mainly include: bearings, pulleys, wheels, drive shafts, wire ropes, brake shoes, buffers, and couplings.

 

1. Hook group: It is a device for picking up objects. Note: There must be no cracks on the surface of the hook; wear and tear on the hook mouth and breakage of the pulley rim.

 

2. Pulley block: divided into movable pulley block and fixed pulley block. Note: Whether there are cracks on the surface; whether the working pulley rotates flexibly, and whether the pulley rim is broken. After the pulley is damaged, users often use brazing (brass water welding) or electric welding to repair it to continue using it. Due to uneven heating, the pulley will be deformed and the hardness will be uneven, which will cause abnormal wear of the wire rope and make it difficult to ensure the welding quality, so welding repair is not allowed.

 

3. Wire rope: Pay attention to: broken wires, broken strands, knots, rust, and pitting corrosion. Lubricate the drum with lithium grease.

 

4. Drum set: It is the component used to wind the wire rope in the lifting mechanism. The gear-connected disk drum group is a closed transmission with good grouping performance.

 

5. Reducer: It reduces the high speed of the motor to the working speed required by each mechanism. Commonly used horizontal reducers ZQ and vertical reducers ZSC. Note: Check the oil level; the reducer runs smoothly, there should be no beating, impact and violent or intermittent noise, and the sound is uniform; there should be no looseness in fastening parts and joints.

 

6. Coupling: used to connect two coaxially arranged or basically parallel rotating shafts to transmit torque while compensating for slight angular and radial offsets. Commonly used are CL type gear coupling, CLZ type gear coupling, and brake wheel gear coupling.

7. Brake: Generally installed on the high-speed shaft of the mechanism to reduce braking torque. The electric hydraulic block brake model is YWZ. Note: Lubricate the rotating pin part; observe whether the brake pad is burnt or has a burnt smell; whether there is oil on the friction surface of the brake wheel.

 

8. Wheel set: The wheels and angular bearing boxes are assembled together to form a wheel set. Wheels are divided into rims: double rim wheels, single rim wheels; note: rim wear. If the rim is less than 10 mm, it must be reported in time and observed closely.

 

9. Buffer: used to absorb the energy generated when the crane (or trolley) collides with the frame (or collision) or adjacent cranes on the same span. Divided into: rubber buffer and spring buffer. NOTE: Check that it is intact.

 

10. Resistor: An electrical appliance used to limit the current of the motor. The mechanism starts smoothly and reduces impact.
