1. Product Introduction:

 

QDX overhead crane & hoist are designed with high configuration, which is developed with advanced design technology referring to European FEM standard. QDX bridge crane are mainly made up by main beams, end beams, trolleys, electrical parts and control rooms and other components.

 

This newly developed QDX overhead crane are with compact layout and modularized structural design allows effective use of the available lifting height and reduce the investment on the steel structure of workshop.

 

2. Parameters:

 

Double-beam bridge crane is mainly composed of bridge, trolley running mechanism, trolley, electrical equipment, etc. According to the frequency of use, it is divided into three working levels: A5, A6, and A7. The operation of the hook bridge crane is all completed by the driver. Main parameters of double-beam bridge crane:

 

1. Lifting capacity: 5-10 tons, 16/3.2-50/10 tons, 75/20-100/20 tons, 100/32 tons 125/30-250/50 tons, 300/40 tons, 350/75 tons, 400/80 tons, 600/150 tons

 

2. Span: 10.5-31.5 meters, 13-31 meters.

 

3. Lifting height: 6-22 meters.

 

3. Component:

This product is widely used in the loading and unloading and transportation of ordinary heavy objects. It can also be equipped with a variety of special lifting tools for special operations. When used outdoors, it is equipped with rainproof equipment. The data in the table are for indoor cranes. The total weight and wheel pressure of outdoor cranes are increased by about 5%. Cranes are divided into two working systems according to the busyness of use: medium (A5) and heavy (A6). When selecting, the working system, the national high and low temperatures of the working environment, and the type of power supply and other technical requirements should be indicated. It can also be designed and manufactured according to the span required by the user.

 

4. Applicable Environment:

 

Metallurgical crane is one of the main production equipment in smelting workshop. In converter workshop, this crane is used to pour molten iron from blast furnace workshop into mixing furnace and directly pour molten iron in mixing furnace or molten iron from blast furnace workshop into converter. This crane is equipped with main and auxiliary trolleys with independent drive. The main trolley is equipped with gantry hooks with fixed spacing to lift steel ladle. The auxiliary trolley can be used to tip steel ladle or do other auxiliary lifting operations. This crane adopts closed off-track box beam, so it has good vertical and horizontal rigidity.

Operation preparation

 

Before operating the crane, the operator needs to do the following preparations:

 

Safety inspection

 

Check whether all parts of the crane are intact. If there are any abnormalities, they should be reported for maintenance in time. Ensure that the moving parts of the crane are well lubricated and there are no abnormal sounds.

 

Check whether the safety devices are intact, including limiters, safety wire ropes, brakes, etc. Check whether the electrical equipment is operating normally, including switches, buttons, indicator lights, etc.

 

Cleaning the operation area

 

Ensure that there are no debris or obstacles in the operation area to prevent them from affecting the normal operation of the crane. Pay special attention to objects hanging in the air, and take protective measures to avoid falling accidents.

 

Personnel safety protection

 

Operators should wear labor protection supplies that meet the regulations, such as safety helmets, work clothes, safety shoes, etc. Especially when working in special environments such as high temperature and high noise, protective measures should be taken.

 

Familiar with the operation guide

 

Operators should carefully read the operation guide of the crane and be familiar with the working principle of the crane, the function of the control buttons, safety tips, etc. Understand common troubleshooting methods and improve emergency handling capabilities.

 

The operation process of the casting double-beam crane is as follows:

 

Start and stop

 

Before starting the crane, the operator should first confirm that there are no people or objects around to avoid accidental injuries. The specific operation steps are as follows:

 

1. Press the main power switch, wait for the indicator light on the crane to light up, and then press the corresponding switch button.

2. Operate the start button and the crane starts working.

3. During the operation of the crane, if any abnormality is found, immediately press the emergency stop button to stop the movement of the crane.

 

Walking operation

 

The operator performs walking operations such as up, down, left, and right as needed. The operation steps are as follows:

 

1. Control the walking direction of the crane through the walking mechanism start button.

2. During the walking process, the movement of the crane should be monitored at all times to ensure safety.

3. When it is necessary to stop walking, release the walking start button and the crane stops walking.

 

Lifting operation

 

The lifting mechanism is used to control the rise and fall of the crane. The operation steps are as follows:

 

1. Press the lifting button to control the lifting movement of the crane. Adjust the lifting speed as needed.

2. When it is necessary to stop lifting, release the lifting button and the crane stops lifting movement.

 

Operation precautions

 

During the operation of the crane, the operator needs to pay attention to the following matters:

 

Make sure there are no objects between the beams to avoid collision accidents. In case of emergencies during operation, press the emergency stop button in time to ensure the safety of the operator. When the crane is overloaded, the operation should be stopped immediately and reported to the relevant department for maintenance. After the operation, the crane should be parked in the designated location, the power should be cut off, and necessary cleaning should be carried out.
