3. Component:

HD portable indoor crane is composed of main girder, end girder, hoisting mechanism, traveling mechanism, electrical and so on.

 
The main beam and end beam are welded box beam structures, and the lower flange plate is used as the running track of the European Wire Rope Hoist Trolley, the main beam and the end beam are connected by high-strength bolts, which are convenient for transportation and on-site installation.

 
The hoisting mechanism adopts European Wire Rope Hoist Trolley, which is compact and easy to maintain. Adopting the C-type structure in which the motor and the reel are arranged in parallel, the motor, the reducer, the reel and the lifting limit switch are integrated design, all main transmission parts are exposed, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The shell adopts a rod-shaped frame structure, that is, the reducer and the electric control box are connected by a round rod to form the main body of the hoist. It can adapt to the needs of different reel lengths and different lifting heights by simply changing the round rods of different lengths. The suspension trolley adopts the side hanging form of low building height and is controlled by frequency converter.

 
The overall optimized design of the traveling mechanism adopts a three-in-one drive device and variable frequency speed regulation, which has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, and maintenance-free operation.

 
The electrical connection adopts the international standard heavy-duty aviation plug, the protection level is IP65, and has the characteristics of fast plugging and unplugging, and reliable connection.

 

4. Applicable Environment:

HD portable indoor crane are widely used in workshops, warehouses and other material handling occasions in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, petroleum, petrochemical, ports, railways, civil aviation, electric power, food, papermaking, building materials, electronics and other industries. It is especially suitable for material handling, precision assembly of large parts and other occasions that require precise positioning, and the working environment temperature is -25-40 ℃. It is forbidden to use in flammable and corrosive media environment.

5. Crane coupling maintenance

(1) Tooth surface inspection of tooth coupling;

 

(2) Inspection of the swing amount of the inner and outer ring gear ends facing the center line;

 

(3) When the center line of the shaft is not tilted, check the radial displacement of the coupling installation;

 

(4) When there is no radial displacement, check the skew angle of the outer ring line caused by the non-concentricity of the two couplings;

 

(5) Radial displacement of the tooth-type coupling connected by the intermediate shaft.

 

6. Crane gear and reducer maintenance

(1) Disassemble the reducer, clean and check the gear grinding condition;

 

(2) Inspection of tooth surface: the gear wear on the first shaft of the lifting mechanism reducer should not exceed 10% of the tooth thickness, and the rest should be less than 20%; the gear wear on the first shaft of the large and small car running mechanism reducer should not exceed 10% of the tooth thickness, and the remaining gear wear should not exceed 20%. should exceed 15%, and the rest should be less than 25%. When tooth surface pitting damages 30% of the meshing surface and the depth reaches 10% of the original tooth thickness, the gear should be scrapped. There should be no cracks in the gear teeth or broken teeth in the gear. Otherwise replace:

 

(3) Shaft maintenance: there must be no cracks on the shaft, and the total curvature of the shaft should not exceed 0.03mm/m. If it exceeds the standard, straighten it;

 

(4) The joint surface (split surface) of the reducer box is not allowed to be smashed, bumped or seriously scratched at any part. The high points on the edges, flanging, etc., and the gap after the split surfaces are fit should not exceed 0.03mm, and no oil leakage is guaranteed. The parallelism shall not be greater than 0.5mm when it is more than 1m; under no-load condition, it shall be driven at 1000r/min, and the forward and reverse rotation shall not be less than 10 minutes each. The motor shall not have vibration or impact when starting.

and violent or intermittent abnormal sounds; the temperature rise inside the box should not exceed 70°C, and the absolute temperature should not be higher than 80°C; the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 40°C, and its absolute value should not exceed 80°C.

 

7. Under what circumstances should crane wire ropes be scrapped?

The wire rope should be scrapped when it meets one of the following conditions:

 

①The number of broken wires in a steel wire rope within one twist pitch exceeds 10% of the total number of wires.

 

② The wear amount of the outer steel wire exceeds 40% of the original diameter. If it is insufficient, it can be scrapped according to the number of broken wires after disassembly.

 

③The number of broken wires of steel wire ropes used to lift hot metals or dangerous goods reaches half of the number of scrapped broken wires of general lifting equipment wire ropes, including reductions for surface corrosion of the steel wires.

 

④The diameter of the wire rope is reduced by up to 7%.

 

⑤ The whole strand of the steel wire rope is broken or the hemp core is exposed, some of the outer steel wires protrude into a cage shape, and the knots are tied.

 

8. Hoisting machinery characteristics

Hoisting machinery usually has a large structure and complex mechanism, and can complete lifting and horizontal movements. For example, a bridge crane can complete three movements: lifting, cart operation and trolley operation. During the operation, several movements in different directions are often operated at the same time, which is technically difficult.

 

The heavy objects lifted by the lifting machinery are diverse and the loads vary. Some heavy objects weigh hundreds of tons or even thousands of tons, and some objects are tens of meters long and have very irregular shapes, including granules, hot-melt state, flammable and explosive dangerous goods, etc. The lifting process is complicated and Danger.

 

Most lifting machinery needs to operate within a large space, and some need to be equipped with tracks and wheels (such as tower cranes, bridge cranes, etc.);

 

Some lifting machinery needs to directly transport people to perform lifting movements on guide rails, platforms or wire ropes (such as elevators, lifting platforms, etc.), and their reliability directly affects personal safety.

 

Hoisting machinery has many exposed and movable parts, and is often in direct contact with lifting operators (such as hooks, wire ropes, etc.), posing many potential accidental risk factors.

 

The working environment is complex. From large iron and steel complexes to modern ports, construction sites, railway hubs, and tourist resorts, there are cranes in operation; workplaces often encounter dangerous factors such as high temperature, high pressure, flammable and explosive materials, power transmission lines, and strong magnetism. , posing a threat to equipment and operators.

 

Hoisting machinery operations often require the cooperation of multiple people to work together. An operation requires the commanding, binding, driving and other operating personnel to cooperate skillfully, coordinate their movements, and take care of each other. Operators should have the ability to handle on-site emergencies. Close cooperation between multiple operators is usually difficult. The above working characteristics of the lifting machinery determine that it has a close relationship with safe production. If there is any negligence in the design, manufacturing, installation, use and maintenance of lifting machinery, it may cause casualties or equipment accidents.
