3. Component:
 

The mechanical part of the 40 ton bridge crane is divided into three mechanisms: the hoisting mechanism, the trolley operating mechanism and the cart operating mechanism.

 

The hoisting mechanism (electric wire rope hoist) is used to vertically lift Goods, it is manufactured using high-grade materials that are resistant to wear and tear, corrosion, and rust.

 

The trolley running mechanism is used for lateral movement with a load;
 

The cart running mechanism is used to move the hoisting trolley and the goods longitudinally, so as to achieve the three-dimensional space for handling and loading and unloading goods.
 

Metal structure part: It consists of bridge frame and small frame.
 

Electrical part: consists of electrical equipment and electrical lines.

4. Applicable Environment:

It can also replace ordinary double girder overhead cranes for production workshops in light textile industry and food industry.

5. The difference between hoist trolley and electric hoist

 

The trolley on the bridge crane generally refers to the whole body composed of running motor, hoisting motor, reducer, brake, overload limiter, drum, wire rope, hook (or spreader), electrical appliances, etc., and the working level is relatively high. The stability is very good, and the cost is also high.

 

Electric hoist is composed of motor, hoist main body, transmission, hook, sports car, and electrical parts. It is relatively flexible, has low working level and low cost.
