The anti-skew lifting device uses the steel wire rope to produce a certain deflection angle when the hoist is tilted, so that the limit switch installed on the electric hoist operates, thereby automatically disconnecting the lifting contactor and limiting the lifting.

7. Solution to electric hoist not working
(1) First check whether the power fuse is blown. If one phase is blown, the motor starts with a single phase, the starting torque is zero, and the motor cannot rotate. Sufficient fuses should be replaced.
(2) Secondly, the grid voltage is too low, the starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage, the acceleration torque cannot overcome the load torque, and the operating speed cannot be reached. The grid voltage should be appropriately increased.
(3) The stator windings are short-circuited, grounded or open-circuited between phases. When the winding grounding occurs at the lead-out grounding plate, the junction box should be opened for inspection.
When the circuit is broken, not only check the motor, but also first check whether the wiring of the control equipment is correct. If the AC contactor contact is poor and the line cannot be connected, use sandpaper to smooth the contact marks on the contactor. Also check the core suction and Check the disconnection status and whether there is any jamming. Replace the contactor if necessary.
