1. Lifting

 

① When multiple 15 ton overhead cranes lift a component at the same time, the load borne by a single crane should meet the requirements of the special construction plan;

 

② The hanging point of the sling should meet the requirements of the special construction plan;

 

③ When the crane is operating, no one should stay under the boom, and the suspended objects should not pass directly above the person;

 

④ Cranes should not use spreaders to carry people;

 

⑤ When lifting easily scattered objects, special hoisting cages should be used.

 

 

2. Working at heights

 

① The high-altitude operation platform should be set up according to the regulations;

 

② The strength of the platform and the height of the guardrail should meet the specification requirements;

 

③ The strength and structure of the ladder should meet the specification requirements;

 

④ Reliable seat belt suspension points should be set up, and should be used for high hanging and low hanging.

 

 

3. Component stacking

 

① The stacking load of components should be within the allowable range of the bearing capacity of the working surface;

 

② The stacking height of components should be within the specified allowable range;

 

③ There should be measures to ensure stability in the stacking of large components.

 

 

4. Vigilant supervision

 

① Operation alert areas should be set up in accordance with regulations;

 

② Special personnel should be set up to guard the warning area.
