Why Factory Inspection of 25 ton Overhead Crane?
Lifting equipment is generally a kind of equipment used to lift heavy objects and move them in space. Due to its complex force and large load capacity, in case of failure, it will lead to serious consequences. The lifting equipment must be technically inspected before use.
The main contents of technical inspection include: no-load test, static load test and dynamic load test.

Necessary conditions for electrical installations before crane trial operation
① All electrical equipment has been completed.
② The wiring of the electrical circuit is correct, the terminals are firmly fixed, in good contact, and clearly marked.
③ The insulation resistance value of electrical equipment and lines conforms to the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Experimental Standards for Electrical Equipment Handling of Electrical Equipment and Equipment Engineering".
④ The capacity, voltage, frequency of the power supply and the type and specification of the circuit breaker meet the requirements of the design and operating equipment.
⑤ The protective grounding or zero connection is good.
⑥ Electrical equipment such as motors, controllers, contactors, brakes, voltage relays and current relays have been inspected and debugged, and the calibration is qualified.
⑦ After the simulation experiment and adjustment of the safety protection equipment, the inspection is qualified. The sound and light signal equipment display is correct, clear and reliable.
The running test and load test of the hoisting machinery in use can only be carried out with no-load and rated load tests, and the rated load test can be carried out once in two inspection cycles. The quality inspection of installation and major repairs must be carried out in accordance with relevant standards. .
In addition to regular inspections and new installation inspections, inspections should be carried out after the completion of overhauled or rebuilt hoisting machinery.
Hoisting machinery that has been idle for more than one year shall be inspected when it needs to be reused.
Inspection should also be carried out when the strength, rigidity, stability of components, important performance of mechanism, etc. of the lifting equipment are damaged. At the same time, regular inspections should be strengthened, maintenance should be done every shift, and monthly inspections should be carried out by professional maintenance personnel. Relevant inspection and inspection results shall be recorded and archived.

Failure to detect highly prone to accidents
① Cranes whose product quality has not been demonstrated, especially cranes with no flaw detection on the weld seam of the main stress-bearing parts and no quality certificate.
② The installation has not been completed, and the person in charge of the installation unit has not identified the handed over crane.
③ Incomplete safety devices and inoperative cranes.
④ Insufficient oil level in lubricating parts is prone to gear wear, damage, failure, and accidents.
⑤ The connecting bolts of the main stress-bearing parts, the cranes that do not meet the requirements for fixing the ends of the wire ropes that are not fastened.
