(1) Overload protection device for 50 ton bridge crane

For boom luffing and jib type cranes, check the reliability of the anti-backward device, the sensitivity of the electrical interlock, and check the indication accuracy of the luffing position and amplitude indicator.
(6) The buffer of the bridge crane
For cranes with different types of lifting capacity and different operating speeds, check whether the configured buffers match, check the integrity of the buffers, and check whether both ends of the crane can touch the stop at the same time.
(7) Protective devices for bridge cranes
Check whether all kinds of protective covers, guardrails, guard plates, ladders, etc. on the crane are complete and reliable, open transmissions exposed on the crane that may cause wounding and wounding; couplings, sprockets, chains, transmission belts and other rotating parts Whether there is a protective cover, whether there is a protective fence for the pedestrian passage on the crane, the ladder and the parts that may cause personnel exposure, and whether it meets the requirements.
