How to slow down the impact of a 10 ton electric hoist?

When the position limiter or braking device of the operating mechanical electric hoist fails, due to inertia, the electric hoist or trolley running to the end point will collide with the set stop body at the end point of the operation. The purpose of setting up the buffer is to absorb the operating function of the crane or 10 ton lifting trolley to slow down the impact. The buffer is provided at the position where the crane or lifting trolley collides with the stopper. Buffers should also be provided between cranes running on the same track and between double trolleys on the same bridge.

1. Physical buffer.

① Rubber buffer: This kind of buffer has a simple structure, but the energy it can absorb is small. It is generally used in situations where the operating speed of the crane does not exceed 50/min. It mainly plays a blocking role.

② Polyurethane buffer: Polyurethane foam buffer has large energy absorption, good buffering performance, oil resistance, aging resistance, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, insulation and explosion-proof, relatively small and light density, simple mechanism, low price, and no noise , no sparks, easy installation and maintenance, long service life and other characteristics. Therefore, it has been widely used internationally. It can replace rubber and spring buffers on general cranes and is more worthy of promotion in explosion-proof places.

2. Spring buffer.

The spring buffer is mainly composed of a bumper, a spring and a shell. Its characteristics are relatively simple mechanism and reliable use. When the crane hits the spring buffer, its energy is mainly converted into the compression energy of the spring. Improved spring buffer with anti-bounce mechanism to prevent rebound force.

3. Hydraulic buffer.

The working principle of this buffer is that when a crane collision occurs, the hydraulic buffer can allow various parts of the crane to go through a process to play a buffering role. It turns out that the working chamber of the buffer is equipped with a return spring, ejector pin and oil.
