Safe operation of chain hoist lifting objects

 

1. When lifting objects with chain hoists, the binding position of the rigging should be reasonable, and the connection of the rigging should be firm. When binding objects, the edges and corners of the objects and lifting beams should be lined with wood boards or other measures should be taken to prevent the edges from cutting the rigging or lifting Slippage.
 

2. Before hoisting, the staff should be optimistic about their own escape route, prevent the hook head, rope sleeve from breaking, rebounding and hurting the individual, and prevent the lifting object from falling and hurting people if the rooting point is not firm.
 

The surrounding personnel who have nothing to do with lifting should be evacuated to a safe position where the rebound of the falling hook head of the workpiece cannot be affected.

7. The lifting staff should stand on the ground. When the chain hoist is working at a height of more than 2 meters, the staff should fasten their seat belts and stand on a stable scaffold.
 

8. When chain hoists take root on hydraulic jacks and supports, it is strictly forbidden to use telescopic jacks and lifting supports instead of pulling the hoists to lift objects.

 

 

Rules for using chain hoists

 

1. It is strictly forbidden to overload. It is strictly forbidden to use power other than manpower to operate.
 

Before use, it must be confirmed that the parts are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are firmly hung.
 

It is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects on the tip and other wrong operations.
 

2. After the explosion-proof chain hoist has been cleaned and repaired, no-load test should be carried out to confirm that it works normally and the brake is reliable before it can be delivered for use.
 

The friction surfaces of the brakes must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and the phenomenon of self-falling objects.
 

3. The lifting chain of the explosion-proof chain hoist should be hung vertically, there must be no wrongly twisted chain links, and the lower hook frame of the double-row chain must not be turned over.
 

The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain, so that the hand chain wheel rotates clockwise to make the heavy object rise; pull the hand chain in the opposite direction, and it can slowly descend at noon. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.
 

4. During the lifting process of explosion-proof chain hoists, no matter whether the weight is rising or falling, when pulling the chain, the force should be even and gentle. Do not use too much force to avoid the chain jumping or snap ring.
 

If the operator finds that the hand pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, he should stop using it immediately.
 

Maintenance method: After use, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place.
