4. Maintain

(1) When the equipment is used for about 2 months (according to the actual frequency of use), it is necessary to add grease to the rotating parts;

(3) The hydraulic oil should be kept clean and replaced every 6 months;

(4) When maintaining and cleaning the hydraulic lift, be sure to hold up the safety strut.

6. Security:

(1) Helmet

① Before using the helmet, check whether the cap shell, cap lining and cap strap are complete and effective.

② Before using the helmet, adjust the helmet lining so that each part of the helmet lining is separated from the cap shell by a certain space.

③ The cap hoop should be adjusted according to the shape of the human head to prevent the hat from sliding forward and blocking the line of sight when the head is lowered.

④ It is strictly forbidden to combine the two top linings of the helmet into one layer.

⑤ The helmet should be worn tightly and correctly, and the chin strap should be tied under the jaw and fastened.

(2) Seat belt

① The seat belt can only be used after passing the inspection by the inspection unit every six months.

② Wear seat belts when working in the following situations:

a. For work that may work at heights, you must wear a seat belt when entering the workplace;

b. When working at heights with a height of more than two meters;

c. When working on scaffolds without scaffolding or bars, the height exceeds 1.5 meters;

d. When working on sloping roofs;

e. Flat roof, when there is no guardrail within 1.2 meters from the roof edge or roof opening;

f. any suspended platform or workbench;

g. Any guardrail, on scaffolding with incomplete plank;

h. On ladders near roof or ground openings;

i. When working at heights without reliable fall prevention measures.

(3) How to use the seat belt correctly:

① To tighten the belt, the waist buckle assembly must be fastened and fastened correctly;

② When using the seat belt for hanging operation, the hook cannot be directly hooked on the seat belt rope, but should be hooked on the loop of the seat belt rope;

③ It is forbidden to hang the seat belt on the components that are not firm or have sharp corners;

④ Use the same type of seat belt, and each part cannot be replaced without authorization;

⑤ The seat belt with severe impact cannot be used even if the appearance has not changed;

⑥ It is forbidden to use seat belts to transfer heavy objects;

⑦ The whole belt should be hung in a firm and reliable place above, and the height should not be lower than the waist.

(4) Safety rope

① In order to ensure the safety of high-altitude operators during the moving process, when carrying out particularly dangerous operations, it is required to fasten the safety belt and hang on the safety rope at the same time.

② It is forbidden to use hemp rope as a safety rope.

③ When using a long rope of more than 3 meters, a buffer should be added.

④ A safety rope cannot be used by two people at the same time.

(5) Differential protector

① The self-locking device should be checked before use.

② The hook of the self-locking device should be hung on the metal ring of the seat belt.

③ The self-locking device that has been severely impacted should be stopped.
