1. Hook group (general hooks can be divided into forged single hook, forged double hook, laminated double hook, this equipment uses forged single hook)

 

The hook is the most used pick-up device for bridge cranes. It bears all the loads for lifting. During use, once the hook is damaged and broken, it will easily cause major accidents.

 

The reason for the damage and fracture of the hook is that the hook is cracked, deformed, damaged and broken due to friction and overload.

 

In order to prevent the failure of the hook, it is strictly forbidden to overload the lifting during use. During the inspection process, attention should be paid to the opening of the hook and the wear of the dangerous section. At the same time, the hook should be annealed regularly. If cracks are found, it should be scrapped according to GB10051-88, and the hook should not be repaired by welding.

 

The inspection of the hook by the special equipment management personnel shall judge whether the hook can be used according to the requirements of GB10051-88.

 

① The hooks are equipped with hook lockers to prevent the lifting weight from being unhooked due to accidents.

 

② The ratio of the diameter of the pulley to the diameter of the wire rope is greater than 20 to ensure the service life of the wire rope.

 

③ The pulleys are equipped with a protective cover or a device to prevent the wire rope from jumping out of the wheel groove.

2. Coupling and drive shaft

 

① Safe and reliable gear couplings with good transmission performance are used to connect the transmission parts of each mechanism, and the torque is transmitted while compensating the angle and radial offset caused by certain installation errors, so as to improve the dynamic characteristics of the transmission device.

 

② The brake wheel coupling includes the brake wheel, which forms a brake unit with the brake.

 

③ The transmission shaft is made of 45# steel, and the strength calculation (static strength and fatigue strength) is strictly carried out. Guarantee its reliable strength and stable torque transmission.

 

3. Reel group long axis reel:

 

The reel is an important load-bearing part of the crane. It winds the wire rope through the action of the motor to realize the lowering or lifting of the lifting weight. It carries the lifting load, retracts the wire rope, and realizes the lifting of the pick-up device. Therefore, the safety and reliability of hoisting machinery reels are very important.

 

① One end of the reel group is supported on the bearing seat, and the other end is supported on the reducer CA-type gear connection plate. This connection method is safe and reliable, and easy to assemble and disassemble. It is the most widely used mature technology in my country at present.

 

② The drum set is the part of the hoisting mechanism that winds the wire rope. It is an important part of the hoisting mechanism. 2 circles of safety circles and 3 circles of fixed circles, the pressure plate and bolts for steel wire rope are firm and reliable.

 

③ Standard spiral rope grooves are processed on the drum, and the deflection angle of the steel wire rope relative to the drum rope groove is controlled within 3.5°, which not only prevents the phenomenon of wire rope de-grooving, but also ensures that the steel wire ropes are arranged in order.

4. Wire rope

 

Steel wire rope is a deep-processed product with hot-rolled high-carbon steel wire rod as the main raw material. It belongs to the category of metal products in my country's metallurgical industry sector. The processing process is to manufacture a variety of rope-making steel wires from hot-rolled high-carbon steel wires, and then make wire ropes of different types and structures from the rope-making steel wires and other materials (such as rope cores, steel wire grease, etc.) .

5. Wheel set Corner box wheel set

 

① The bearing support of the wheel set adopts the corner box structure, and the corner box is fixed on the upper curved plate of the trolley frame or the end beam of the cart through bolts. The angle box structure is the most widely used mature technology in China at present.

 

② The selection of wheel diameter and material is to consider the maximum supporting force of the wheel under the most unfavorable working conditions, so as to ensure that some wheels will not be overloaded.

 

③ The wheel material is ZG55, and it is quenched by advanced power frequency heat treatment. Its hardness conforms to:

④ The accuracy of the wheel tread diameter is not lower than h9 specified in GB1800-1804 "Tolerance and Fit", and the circular runout of the wheel reference end face after assembly is not lower than the 9th grade in GB1182-1184.

 

⑤ The tread surface and the inner side of the rim of the wheel shall not have any defects affecting the service performance, nor shall welding repairs be allowed.

 

6. Brake

 

The crane brake is what we commonly call the brake system. It is the most important safety guarantee equipment in the safe operation of cranes.

 

It can be lifted to the required height or docked at any position according to the needs of the work. Especially the hoisting mechanism brake must be flexible and reliable. Trial hoisting is required when each hook is hoisted to ensure its reliability. Otherwise, accidents in production safety are prone to occur.

 

7. Reducer

 

The reducer is a special reducer for cranes, which has high bearing capacity, high efficiency, low noise and small vibration.

 

The load-carrying capacity (referring to the contact strength of the tooth surface) of the various stages of the reducer is roughly equal, and the supporting shaft of the reducer gear has sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the correct meshing of the gear teeth.

 

8. Motor

 

① The crane special motor produced by a senior enterprise in the motor industry is used. The hoisting mechanism adopts the YZP series motor, and the operating mechanism adopts the YZR series motor. It has reasonable structure, reliable performance, high quality, and has the characteristics of large overload capacity and high mechanical strength.

 

② The insulation class of the motor is Class F, the motor has good sealing performance, and the protection class is IP44.

 

9. Buffers and limit switches

 

The JHQ type polyurethane buffer is installed on both the cart and the trolley. The buffer has a good performance of absorbing the energy of the moving mechanism and reducing the impact. Its ability to withstand collisions meets the requirements of GB/T 3811.

 

Large and trolley running mechanisms are equipped with travel limit switches. When running to the limit position, it can automatically cut off the power supply and send out a signal.

10. Safety devices

 

① Both the main and auxiliary hoisting mechanisms of the crane are equipped with overload limiters.

 

② Set up a protective cover and a wire rope anti-jump device. The protective cover is in the form of a detachable safety protective cover.

 

③ Platforms, walkways, and escalators are designed and manufactured in accordance with national safety regulations and standards, and are set up for easy maintenance and inspection by operators. Ladder steps, outdoor platforms, and walking platforms should be non-slip. The width of walking platforms, platforms, and ladders should not be less than 500mm, and the walking platforms should be made of patterned steel plates.

 

④ The crane is equipped with a lifting height limiter and a running stroke limiter, and the safety protection of the movement stroke and working position is realized through electrical control.

 

⑤ Install buffers and other buffer devices on the 5 ton bridge crane to buffer the inertial kinetic energy of the crane's running brake. At the same time, a stop device is installed at the limit position of each operating mechanism of the crane to prevent the crane from running beyond the limit position and causing danger.

 

⑥ A rail sweeping device is installed on the crane to clean up the sundries on the running track and prevent the crane from derailing and other dangers caused by the sundries on the track.

 

⑦ Install an electrical chain protection system at the crane railing door and driver's cab door to cut off the power supply of the mechanism that causes danger to personnel due to the action of the mechanism.

 

⑧ The electrical part of the crane is equipped with electrical protections such as phase loss protection, wrong phase protection, zero position protection, undervoltage and overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and grounding protection to ensure that the crane can work stably in a safe state.
