Package:

The packaging of Dejun Cranes is considered from two aspects:

1. Must fully comply with shipping standards.

The main beams, end beams, outriggers(gantry crane), etc. of the crane will be fixed and packaged with plastic cloth, 

which is commonly known as naked, but corresponding protective measures will be taken in key parts; 

while the electric hoist and other electrical accessories will be fixed and packaged with wooden boxes.

For important components (main beams, end beams, outriggers(gantry crane), etc.), the method of bare transport + key parts protection is generally adopted, 

and the anti-rust packaging level is generally 3, and anti-rust grease is applied to the contact surfaces such as structural hinge points, and then packaged Belt wrap.

When large components are shipped by sea, the calculation of working conditions is also required. Generally speaking, there are instructions and binding requirements.

There are two types of wooden boxes, one is ordinary wooden boxes and the other is frame wooden boxes.

In actual use, if the quality of the packaged goods is large, it is more sensitive to bumps. Considering that there are many transfer links, 

sometimes the box body is welded by section steel + thin steel plate, and moisture-proof and pulling points are used inside.

2. Consider the actual situation of customers for different packaging

The packaging requirements of different transportation methods may be different, such as land transportation, sea transportation, air transportation, etc.

Domestic section transportation (land transportation):

The transportation of 25 ton overhead crane equipment is carried out by large flatbed trucks.

Before sending, our company will coordinate with you the relevant packaging and transportation methods 

and inform you of the name, quantity, transportation route and estimated time of arrival of the goods.

Crane main beams, trolleys, packing boxes, general structural parts, electrical parts, electric control cabinets, 

driver's cabs, etc., are transported to the wharf by large flatbed trucks after packaging.

All the above overhead cranes need to be hoisted to the flatbed trailer, bundled and padded with sleepers, 

and then fastened with wire ropes and chain hoists before being transported to the installation site.

Note: Small red flags and red lights should be hung at the highest point at the front and rear of the flatbed truck that transports large items for safe driving. 

The entrusted transportation vehicle and driver must have complete documents to ensure safe and smooth transportation.

sea transportation:

Size: If the size of the component is small, it can be transported in a container. If the size of the component is large, it needs to be transported in bulk (whole ship or loaded).

Anti-corrosion: In the container, the anti-corrosion condition is good. If the deck is bare, the influence of salt spray, rain and snow, and sunlight should be considered.

Containers generally use standard 20ft or 40ft containers, the model is 1C or 1A, the nominal external height is 2438mm, the internal minimum height is 2197mm, 

the width is 2330mm, the length is 5867mm or 11998mm, and the door frame opening height is 2134mm. If there is a requirement for the height, you can choose the high box 1CC or 1AAA, etc. 

There are pull points inside the container, and the components or packing boxes are fastened at the pull points to prevent damage caused by bumps during transportation.

Anti-breakage: The packaging should be able to withstand the accidental situation of bumping, rolling or even falling during general loading and unloading.

Shipping Precautions
