The light duty gantry is a gantry lifting tool, which is composed of beams, columns, chassis, guide beams and other components. The lifting tool (electric chain hoist) can be hung on the beam of the simple gantry, and it can be used with it for lifting work.
When the electric chain hoist is matched with the simple gantry to carry out the lifting work, People can place the top of the electric hoist on the beam of the simple gantry, place heavy objects on the bottom of the electric chain hoist, and then use the remote control or handle control to operate the lifting and hoisting work.

What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference.
If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual.
If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
