The lifting hoist adopts M5 working class with double lifting speed. motor with ABM German brand motor. Travelling motor uses SEW European brand in one motor gear motors. Cross and long traveling are variable travelling speed. Electric parts adopt Siemens brand. The protection class is IP 54 high class. The working class can reach to A5/M5 class under ISO standard.

3. Component:
European Type Single Girder Overhead Crane is composed of main girder, end girder, hoisting mechanism, traveling mechanism, electrical and so on.
The main beam and end beam are welded box beam structures, and the lower flange plate is used as the running track of the European Wire Rope Hoist Trolley, the main beam and the end beam are connected by high-strength bolts, which are convenient for transportation and on-site installation.
The hoisting mechanism adopts European Wire Rope Hoist Trolley, which is compact and easy to maintain. Adopting the C-type structure in which the motor and the reel are arranged in parallel, the motor, the reducer, the reel and the lifting limit switch are integrated design, all main transmission parts are exposed, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The shell adopts a rod-shaped frame structure, that is, the reducer and the electric control box are connected by a round rod to form the main body of the hoist. It can adapt to the needs of different reel lengths and different lifting heights by simply changing the round rods of different lengths. The suspension trolley adopts the side hanging form of low building height and is controlled by frequency converter.
The overall optimized design of the traveling mechanism adopts a three-in-one drive device and variable frequency speed regulation, which has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, and maintenance-free operation.
The electrical connection adopts the international standard heavy-duty aviation plug, the protection level is IP65, and has the characteristics of fast plugging and unplugging, and reliable connection.
4. Applicable Environment:
European Type Single Girder Overhead Crane are widely used in workshops, warehouses and other material handling occasions in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, petroleum, petrochemical, ports, railways, civil aviation, electric power, food, papermaking, building materials, electronics and other industries. It is especially suitable for material handling, precision assembly of large parts and other occasions that require precise positioning, and the working environment temperature is -25-40 ℃. It is forbidden to use in flammable and corrosive media environment.

5. Crane pulley block maintenance
(1) Disassemble, clean and inspect the pulley block and check for cracks. The pulley shaft must not have cracks, the journal must not wear 30% of the original diameter, and the taper should not exceed 5%. If it exceeds this value, it should be replaced;
(2) For the maintenance of the pulley groove, use a template to check the pulley groove shape. The radial wear should not exceed 30% of the wall thickness, otherwise it should be scrapped. Those that do not exceed the standard can be repaired. After overhaul, use a sample to check. The bottom and lateral gaps should not be greater than 0.5mm. The deviation between the centerline of the wheel groove and the centerline of the pulley should not be greater than 0.2mm. The centerline of the rope groove to the end face of the profile The deviation should not be greater than 1mm;
(3) Inspection of the shaft hole. After overhaul, the shaft hole is allowed to have defects not exceeding 0.25CM2, and the depth should not exceed 4mm;
(4) Assembly. After assembly, it should be able to rotate flexibly by hand, and the lateral swing should not exceed D/1000. D - Nominal diameter of pulley.
6. Crane drum maintenance
(1) The drum rope groove should be re-machined if the rope groove is worn more than 2mm. After overhaul, the rope groove should meet the requirements of the drawing, but the wall thickness of the drum should not be less than 81% of the original thickness;
(2) There should be no cracks on the drum surface, no obvious loss of roundness, and the pressure plate screws should not be loose;
(3) Reel shaft, there must be no cracks on the reel shaft, and it should meet the drawing requirements after major repairs. When the wear exceeds 5% of the nominal diameter, new parts should be replaced;
(4) Assembling and installing, the centerline of the reel shaft should be parallel to the supporting surface of the trolley frame, and the deviation should not be greater than 1mm/m. After the reel is installed, the centerline deviation of the two shaft ends should not be greater than 0.15mm.
