3. Component:

 

Double Girder Shipyard gantry crane are generally composed of three major parts: mechanical, electrical and metal structures.

Mechanical part: It is divided into three mechanisms, namely the hoisting mechanism, the trolley operating mechanism and the cart operating mechanism.

The hoisting mechanism (winch trolley) is used to lift objects vertically, and the trolley operating mechanism is used to move laterally with a load; the cart running mechanism is used to move the hoisting trolley and the goods longitudinally, so as to achieve the three-dimensional space for handling and loading and unloading goods.
