3. Component of gantry trolly:

 

The main components of the Double Girder Gantry Crane with Winch are the main beam structure, outriggers, walking beams, walking structures, electrical appliances, ladder cabs and other components.

 

The main structure is mainly plate welded box type structure. Its main beam and outriggers can be divided into several sections, the nodes are mainly connected by gusset plates and refined high-strength bolts.

 

Cart traveling mechanism: composed of four driving wheel boxes.

 

Outrigger section: The outrigger section consists of rigid legs (or paired with flexible legs). Each contact is connected by high-strength bolts, which is easy to install, fast and firmly connected.

 

Operating room and electrical control: The operating room is composed of the operating room body and the electric control box.

 

Main beam assembly: The main beam assembly is composed of the main longitudinal beam and the connection frame.

 

Ladder assembly: On one side of the main longitudinal beam, there is a walking platform for maintenance personnel.

 

Hoisting trolley: The hoisting trolley consists of a frame, a trolley traveling mechanism, a winch and a pulley block.
