(3) Whether the wire rope winding on the drum and pulley is normal, whether there is no grooving, string grooving, knotting, twisting and other phenomena, whether the wire rope press plate bolt is fastened, whether there is a double nut anti-loosening device.

 

(4) Whether the fastening screw on the coupling seal cover of the lifting mechanism is loose and short.

 

(5) Whether the transmission of each mechanism is normal, and whether the crane has abnormal sound.

 

(6) Whether the lubrication condition of all lubricating parts is good.

 

(7) Whether there are foreign bodies on the track that hinder the operation of the bridge.
