Electromech Gantry Crane

 

The MC type electromech gantry crane is mainly composed of trolley, trolley, steel structure, electrical equipment, etc.Steel structure is mainly composed of main beam, legs, lower beam, upper beam, accessories and so on. The main beam adopts double main beam rectangular section, and the track is laid on the plane of the main beam for the trolley to run. The legs adopt box type variable section, and the legs are connected with the main beam by flange bolts. The cart walking mechanism has 8 walking wheels in total,4 walking wheels on both sides of the track.

 

The main girder of the crane should be equipped with walking platform,protective railings and protective plates should meet the corresponding national standards. The power supply of the crane is AC 380V 50Hz,and the crane is powered by sliding contact line. Trolley adopts flexible cable. The MC type electromech gantry crane is also equipped with overload protection and the limit of each mechanism and other safety protection devices.

3. Component:

The MC type electromech gantry crane includes a main girder on which an electric hoist (circular electromagnet) is installed, two ends of the main beam are fixedly connected with outriggers, and the outriggers include fixedly connected left outriggers, right outriggers, and ground beams are connected between the left outrigger and the lower end of the right outrigger. The main and driven wheels are installed at both ends of the ground beam, the main driven wheel rolls along the guide rail, the external transmission of the main driven wheel is connected with a reducer, the reducer is connected with a motor, and a brake is installed on the transmission shaft between the reducer and the motor.

The MC type electromech gantry crane is suitable for open-air fixed workshops (such as steel ingots, section steel, pig iron blocks) are also commonly used in machinery factories and warehouses to transport steel materials, iron filings and other materials.
