1. The principle of electromagnetic chuck

3. Component:


The electromagnetic sucker is composed of bottom shell, iron core, coil, panel and junction box. The production process is as follows:


(1) Select the appropriate material for welding or casting the bottom shell.


(2) Install the iron core on the bottom shell according to the different types of suction cups.


(3) Wind the coil with the corresponding number of turns and technical parameters, and put it on the iron core after drying.


(4) Pouring asphalt or other waterproof materials inside the bottom shell.


(5) Make the panel and install it with the bottom shell part.


4. Classification


Electromagnetic suction cups can be divided into ordinary suction cups and strong suction cups according to different classifications.


The suction force of ordinary suction cups is 10-12 kg per square centimeter, and the strong electromagnetic suction cup is not less than 14 kg per square centimeter.

7.Instructions for use of rectangular electromagnetic chuck


There are hoisting screw holes on both sides of the rectangular electromagnetic chuck, which can be hoisted by screwing in T-shaped screws during installation, fixed on the workbench with T-shaped blocks and screws, connected to the DC power supply and ground wire on the machine tool, and then put the suction cup on the plane Finish grinding once to ensure the parallelism of the upper plane to the bottom plane.


When absorbing the workpiece, as long as two adjacent magnetic poles are overlapped, sufficient positioning suction force can be obtained, and the grinding process can be carried out.
