The characteristic of this transmission mode is that the speed of the transmission shaft is low, which is relatively safe, but the torque of the transmission shaft is large, so some parts are larger in size, which makes the whole mechanism heavier.
 

Crane Working Process
 

In the starting state, the control of various equipment should be controlled according to the button input on the operation panel. When the elevator starts and stops, it controls the operation of the electromagnetic brake by detecting the output frequency of the frequency converter. The working process is as follows.
 

① Turn on the power and start the system.
 

② Press the running button of the cart to start the cart, and change the speed of the cart through the speed and deceleration buttons of the overall block diagram of the electrical control system in Figure 9-5.
 

③ Press the trolley running button to start the trolley, and change the speed of the trolley through the acceleration and deceleration buttons.
 

④ Press the elevator running button, the elevator starts, and change the speed of the elevator through the acceleration and deceleration buttons; when the heavy object is required to hover in mid-air, reduce the output frequency of the inverter until the set value, the frequency stops falling, start the electromagnetic brake, and the heavy Catch the object to prevent the phenomenon of hook slipping: when the heavy object needs to rise or fall from mid-air, increase the output frequency of the inverter. The output frequency of the converter continues to increase to the desired value.
