It is mainly composed of box bridge, lifting trolley, truck operating mechanism, driver's cab and electrical control system, equipped with power failure and magnetic protection system.
Safety protection device: magnetic protection after power failure. After the power failure, the crane can retain the magnetic force for 15 minutes through backup batteries, and the steel material is unloaded to the ground, avoiding unnecessary losses and casualties.
Overload limit switch: 90% rated capacity, alarm; 105-110%, power off and stop.
Lifting height limit switch: When the set height is reached, the hook stops.
Long travel limit switch: When you reach the end of the track, the crane will slowly stop and never rush out of the track.

3. Component:
The bridge frame is the basic component of the bridge crane, which consists of the main beam, end beam, walking platform and other parts. The cart moving mechanism is composed of cart drag motor, transmission shaft, reducer, wheels, brakes and other components.
There are two driving methods: centralized drive and separate drive. The trolley is placed on the bridge guide rail and can move along the width of the workshop. The trolley is mainly made of welded steel plates and consists of a trolley frame, a trolley moving mechanism and a lifting mechanism on it. The trolley moving mechanism is composed of trolley motor, brake, coupling, reducer and wheels. The trolley motor drives the trolley's driving wheel through the reducer, and drags the trolley to move along the guide rail. Since the trolley's driving wheels are close to each other, they are driven by one motor. There are two transmission forms of the trolley's moving mechanism: one is that the reduction box is in the middle of the two driving wheels; the other is that the reduction gearbox is installed on one side of the trolley. The reduction box is installed between the two driving wheels, so that the torque borne by the drive shaft is relatively uniform; the reduction box is installed on one side of the trolley, making installation and maintenance more convenient.

5. Wearing Parts:
Generally speaking, the parts that are not within the scope of the warranty period are wearing parts. The wearing parts of the double-girder bridge crane are almost the same, such as: lifting wire ropes, electrical switches (excluding frequency converters), wires and cables, conductors, etc. Rope device (electric hoist only).
6. Double girder magnetic overhead crane
The electromagnetic crane can generate a strong magnetic field and can easily collect and transport dozens of tons of iron sheets, iron wires, iron nails, scrap iron and other iron materials without boxing, packing or tying. The operation is labor-saving and the work is simplified. Steel materials and machinery packed in wooden crates can be handled similarly. When the crane is working, as long as the current in the electromagnet coil continues, the picked up heavy objects will not fall. The invisible magnetic force is more reliable than a strong chain. If the power is cut off for some reason, an accident will occur. Therefore, some electromagnetic cranes are equipped with steel claws. After the heavy objects being transported are lifted, the strong steel claws will automatically fall down and hold them tightly. Cranes cannot carry hot iron blocks because high-temperature steel cannot be magnetized. A large electromagnetic crane can lift nearly a hundred tons of weight at once.
When the electromagnetic crane loses power during operation and the objects it lifts fall and may cause harm, the power supply to the electromagnetic chuck must be guaranteed. Therefore, the lifting electromagnet of the electromagnetic crane should be powered by a dedicated circuit.
