1. Product Introduction:
The explosion proof overhead crane is the explosion-proof version of the Single Girder Bridge Crane with Electric Wire Rope Hoist Trolley. It is used together with BCD, BMD and other forms of explosion-proof electric hoist to become a light and small crane running on rails.
It is mostly used in machinery manufacturing, assembly, warehouse and other places with low frequency of use or few lifting times with rated lifting capacity. The applicable lifting weight is 1t-16t, the applicable span is 7.5m-22.5m, the working level is A3-A4, and the working environment temperature is in the range of -25-+40C.

3. Component:
Dejun brand explosion proof overhead crane consists of four parts: metal structure, explosion-proof electric wire rope hoist, operating mechanism, and electrical equipment.
Metal structure part: The main beam is made of U-shaped channel steel rolled from steel plate, then welded with I-beam to form a box-shaped solid web beam. The crossbeam is also rolled into a U-shaped channel with steel plates, and then welded into a box-shaped crossbeam. For the convenience of storage and transportation, M20 bolts (high-strength bolts) are used to connect the main beams to form a whole.
Explosion-proof electric wire rope hoist: The explosion-proof electric wire rope hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam.
Operating agencies: Adopt separate drive form, drive and brake are completed by explosion-proof conical rotor three-phase asynchronous motor. The transmission adopts "one open and one closed" gear transmission, and the closed gear part borrows the reducer of the hoist to run the trolley part.
Electrical Equipment: There are two kinds of electrical control, the electric hoist and the whole crane are equipped with safety devices, such as lifting limit switch, end limit switch, etc.
4. Applicable Environment:
The explosion proof overhead crane is suitable for dangerous places with explosive gas mixtures in factories and dangerous places with explosive dust mixtures in factories. The rated duty cycle is 10 minutes, the baseline power continuity rate is 25%, and the equivalent number of starts per hour is not more than 120.
Explosion proof overhead crane is mainly used in coal mining, oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and other industries. In addition, it is widely used in textile, metallurgy, city gas, transportation, grain and oil processing, papermaking, medicine and other sectors. As the primary power equipment, explosion-proof motors are usually used to drive pumps, fans, compressors and other transmission machinery.

Installation equipment: Use couplings for secondary leveling. Carefully clean the junction box before connecting cables. Check the creepage separation and electrical clearance of the crane explosion-proof motor junction box. The sealing and clamping of the cable entrances and grounding wires inside and outside the motor shall be handled in accordance with regulations. Anchor bolts must be tightened and secured.
Motor debugging: measure the insulation resistance value and not be lower than the specified value. Carry out no-load test run as required. For the new crane explosion-proof motor foundation, the amplitude of the foundation should be tested. A small amount of load can be added at extra rpm. After the motor is loaded, test run it from small to large for 1-6 hours under the rated conditions, and check the normal operating conditions (rated power and rated speed) specified in the instruction manual. Check whether the local motor has potential. Check the vibration, noise values and abnormal noise of the explosion-proof lifting motor. Check whether the maintenance and monitoring equipment is operating normally.
