Main Beam
The main beam is a box-shaped structure on the track. The section of the main beam is analyzed and calculated systematically by ANSYS finite element method to ensure that it has sufficient strength, stiffness and overall stability. The camber Angle of the main beam is (1 ~ 1.4) S/1000, and the maximum camber position is controlled within 1/10 of the span. The main stress member of the main beam is Q255B, and the minimum plate thickness is not less than 6mm.
End Carriages
The end Carriages is a box-shaped structure, and the connection between the end car and the main beam is a rigid connection. In order to facilitate transportation, the connection of the end car is disconnected and connected by high-strength bolts. Each connecting plate is positioned with reaming bolts and has been marked for positioning inspection before delivery.
Trolley
The transverse movement mechanism of the car is supported by four wheels, and an independent drive system is adopted to drive the car centrally.
When starting, the driving wheel does not slip, and when braking, it is stable and reliable. This structural arrangement is conducive to the installation, maintenance and disassembly of each component of the drive system.
Hoist
The main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms are arranged on the same vehicle frame, and each mechanism has an independent drive device.
The working principle of the lifting mechanism: the motor performs the work, changes the speed through the reducer, and then drives the drum through the drum coupling, and completes the hook through the wire rope winding system.
The lifting mechanism adopts series resistance speed regulation system, stable braking, small impact force of the hook, accurate positioning, which not only improves the user's production efficiency, but also greatly extends the service life of the lifting mechanism components.
These components are compact and easy to maintain, ensuring safety and reliability.
4. Applicable Environment:
Dejun QD Type crane bridge girder double with hook are generally suitable for dusty workplaces, smelting, casting, heat treatment, etc. In these processes, high-temperature dust will inevitably be generated. These dusts float in the air and adhere to various surfaces of the crane, and even affect the normal operation of electrical equipment.
