LDA type single bridge building crane is a kind of lifting machinery used with CD1 type and MD1 type wire rope electric hoist, when the lifting weight is 1 ~ 5t, the span is 7.5 ~ 22.5m, the lifting is 10t, the span is 7.5 ~ 17m.

 

Mostly used in machinery manufacturing, assembly workshop and warehouse and other places. The LDA type single bridge building crane has two ways of ground operation and control room operation. 6.  Precautions

 

(1) Each crane must have a rated lifting capacity sign posted in a conspicuous place.

 

(2) During work, no one is allowed on the bridge or anyone is allowed to be transported with a hook.

 

(3) You are not allowed to drive a crane without an operator's license or after drinking.

 

(4) You must concentrate during operation, and you are not allowed to talk, smoke or do irrelevant things.

 

(5) The vehicle must be clean; equipment, tools, flammable materials, explosive materials and dangerous goods are not allowed to be placed randomly.

 

(6) Overloading of the crane is not allowed.

 

(7) Lifting is not allowed under the following conditions: weak bindings; overloaded machinery; unclear signals; diagonal pulls; objects buried or frozen in the ground; people on the lifted objects; flammable materials and explosive devices without safety protection measures and dangerous goods; overfilled liquid items; wire ropes that do not meet the requirements for safe use; and the lifting mechanism is faulty.

 

(8) When the crane is operating on a line without obstacles, the hook or spreader and the bottom of the hoisted object must be at least 2m above the ground. If crossing an obstacle, it must be 0.5m higher than the obstacle.

 

(9) For lifting objects that are less than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, two mechanisms are allowed to operate at the same time; for lifting objects that are greater than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, only one mechanism is allowed to operate.

 

(10) For bridge cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower the main and auxiliary hooks at the same time (special exceptions).

 

(11) It is not allowed to weld or hammer on the lifted objects or work under the objects (it is allowed when there is support).

 

(12) Inspection or maintenance work can only be carried out after a power outage and when a power outage sign is hung on the switch. If it is necessary to work with electricity, safety measures must be taken to protect it, and special personnel must be assigned to take care of it.

 

(13) Do not throw things casually from the car.

 

(14) Limit switches and interlocking protection devices must be checked frequently.

 

(15) It is not allowed to touch the limit switch as a method of parking.

 

(16) When there is a problem with the lifting brake, no lifting of heavy objects is allowed.

 

(17) Lifted objects are not allowed to operate above people or equipment.

 

(18) When welding a certain part of the crane, a special ground wire must be set up, and the fuselage is not allowed to be used as the ground wire.

 

(19) When the hook is at the lower limit position, more than two safety rope loops must be retained on the drum.

 

(20) Cranes are not allowed to collide with each other, nor are they allowed to use one crane to push another crane to work.

 

(21) When lifting heavier objects, liquid metal, explosive and dangerous goods, you must first slowly lift 100~200mm off the ground to test the reliability of the brake.

 

(22) The voltage of lights used for repair and inspection must be below 36V.

 

(23) All electrical equipment shells of bridge cranes should be grounded. If the trolley track is not welded to the main beam, measures should be taken to weld the ground wire. The grounding wire can be galvanized flat iron with a cross-sectional area greater than 75mm2 or bare copper wire with a 10mm2 or galvanized round steel with a cross-sectional area greater than 30mm2. The cab or crane body should have more than two grounding locations. The ground resistance between any point on the crane and the neutral point of the power supply should be less than 4Ω.

 

(24) Safety technical inspections must be carried out regularly and pre-inspections and repairs must be carried out.
