Dejun 7.5 ton overhead crane with electrice wire rope hoist is designed according to GB3811-2008 and JB/T1306-2008 standards and is equipped with electric hoist. It is widely used in machining, assembly, repair, warehouse and other workplaces. It is an important tool and equipment for modern industrial enterprises to realize the mechanization and automation of the production process, reduce heavy manual labor, and improve labor productivity.

 

The Dejun 7.5 ton overhead crane with electrice wire rope hoist power supply is three-phase AC with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. The rated voltage is 220V to 660V.

3. Component:

 

Dejun 7.5 ton overhead crane with electrice wire rope hoist consists of a main beam, two end beams, a cart running mechanism, a wire rope electric hoist, and an electrical control system;

 

The main frame of the bridge frame is composed of a main beam and two end beams, and the cart running mechanism is connected by high-strength bolts;

 

The trolley mechanism consists of two motors, two reducers, and four traveling wheels (two active and two driven) installed on both sides of the end beam; Electric wire rope hoist is composed of trolley running mechanism, hoisting mechanism and electrical system; The trolley running mechanism is composed of a motor, a reducer, a small wheel, and an electrical control system. It is installed under the main beam of the bridge machine to move left and right along the main beam, and the normal speed is 20m/min;

 

The hoisting mechanism (electric wire rope hoist) is composed of a motor, a reducer, a drum and a casing, a wire rope, a hook, and an electric device. It is installed under the running trolley for ascending and descending operation, and there are two forms of single-speed and double-speed;

 

The electrical control system consists of the main engine cart control box, electric hoist control box, overload limiter, break fire limiter, travel switch, remote control, collector, seamless sliding contact line, drop wheel, tow cable, wire drawing, rope buckles, flange bolts and other accessories;
