Dejun LD type 1 ton overhead hoist crane belongs to ultra-low headroom light small crane, the electric hoist is located on the side of the main beam, increasing the service space of the hook, which can reduce the height and cost of the plant.

Dejun LD type 1 ton overhead hoist crane is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 3811-2008, JB/T 1306-2008 standards, and CD1, MD1 electric hoist supporting the use of light lifting equipment. Its rated load is 3t ~ 10t, the span is 7.5m ~ 22.5m, and the working level is A3

 

 

Component

 

Main Beam

The main beam is the main bearing part of the crane, its structure is composed of U-shaped groove, inclined cover plate, rib plate and I-plate, its upper arc is ((1/1000 ~ 1.4/1000) S, when the rated weight and the weight of the hoist is located in the span, the degree of tilt caused by not less than the horizontal line, no permanent deformation during normal operation.

 

End carriage/end beam

The end beams are located at both ends of the main beam and are bolted to the main beam by flange plates. The box structure is composed of a U-shaped groove, a lower cover plate, a reinforcing plate and a rib plate made of steel plate rolling or welding. The end beam has the characteristics of light structure, good rigidity, beautiful appearance and good welding performance.

 

Electric wire rope hoist

The electric hoist is used for the single beam bridge crane, and each electric hoist must be tested for action, static load, rising and falling pressure. The paint painting technology is used to enhance the adhesion of the paint film and improve the appearance quality. The assembly line ensures product quality.

 

Crane motor

Crane motor adopts ZDY(D) series cone rotor brake motor or soft start motor. The standard insulation class of the motor is Class B, and the protection class is IP44. The motor has the characteristics of good heat dissipation, long service life, safety and reliability. It can be customized under special conditions.

 

Wheels

The wheel set is formed by 45# steel die forging, roughing, quenching, tempering and finishing. The hardness of heat treatment is HB300 ~ 380, and the hardness is not less than HB260 when the depth of the hardening layer is 15mm. The wheel shaft is made of 45# steel, which is processed by roughing, quenching and tempering, finishing and other processes. The hardness of heat treatment is 235 ~ 269HB.

 

Hook part

Hook block conforms to GB/T1005.1 ~ 5-98 standard, its material is DG20, safety factor is greater than 5; The hook surface is smooth, no cracks, folding, overburning and other defects; No internal cracks, white spots and other phenomena affecting safety. The hook is provided with an anti-decoupling device to prevent the wire rope from decoupling and ensure that the hook is safe and reliable during use.

 

Electric part

Our standard power supply is three-phase, 380V (±10%, peak current limit -15%), 50Hz. According to customer requirements, the power supply can be designed into a three-phase electronic control system with a frequency of 50-60HZ below 690V.
