1. Documentation
 

1.1 No installation self-test report.
 

1.2 There is no spreader certificate, wire rope warranty certificate and main component welding quality certificate.
 

1.3 There is no civil foundation quality acceptance form for 25 ton bridge cranes.

2. Aspects of safety accessories
 

2.2 No large, trolley and ascending limit position limiter
 

2.3 There is no protective ring for the climbing ladder; there is no anti-slip pedal for the driving escalator; the height of the railing is not enough, and the angle between it and the ground is too large.
 

2.4 The fastening nuts are loose at the pressure plate of the driving guide rail, etc.

3. Electrical and control systems
