What Is Single Girder Truss Gantry Crane?

The single girder truss gantry crane is equipped with an additional lifting mechanism added to the single lifting. The lifting capacity includes: 1+1, 2+2, 3+3, 5+5, 10+10, 16+16 tons, etc. It can also be designed and manufactured in a form with one large and one small, such as 10+3, 10+5, 16+5, 20+10 tons. The electrical control of the double-lifting overhead crane can be set to operate in four modes: up and down, left and right, single up and down, and single left and right. It is also called a double-lifting/double hoist point/double electric hoist single-girder overhead crane (gantry crane). The lifting capacity includes: 1+1, 2+2, 3+3, 5+5, 10+10, 16+16 tons, etc. It can also be designed and manufactured in a form with one large and one small, such as 10+5, 10+3, 16+5, 20+10 tons. The operation mode is divided into air operation and ground operation (ground operation is divided into ground hand-held controller and wireless remote control). It can be installed both indoors and outdoors and is suitable for environments from -25°C to 40°C. It should not be used in high-temperature or flammable, or explosive workshops.

The double hoist crane is equipped with two lifting hooks. The two trolleys and lifting mechanisms operate synchronously with high precision, good stability, safety, and reliability. Firstly, it can simultaneously lift or flip large components and long rods. Secondly, when both trolleys do not need to work at the same time, one trolley can be operated independently, which not only saves energy but also ensures that the second trolley can be used for work if one trolley is damaged and needs repair, thereby reducing production losses caused by equipment damage. The double hoist crane is mainly used in large workshops, steel structure workshops, mold manufacturing, pipe prefabrication, and other special occasions for lifting operations.
