1. QD type is an ordinary electric double-girder hook bridge crane, which is widely used in processing workshops, freight yards, docks, etc., for general loading and unloading and lifting and transportation work between indoor or open fixed spans (span lateral movement and lifting movement) .
It can also be equipped with a variety of special spreaders for special operations, and it is equipped with rainproof equipment when used in the open air. The temperature is suitable for -25°℃-+40℃.
According to the degree of busyness, it is divided into two working systems: intermediate and heavy. The intermediate is suitable for machining, metal structure, assembly and other workshops; the heavy is suitable for smelting workshops and handling work participating in continuous production.
The main body is composed of four parts: box-shaped bridge, cart running mechanism, trolley, and electrical equipment. The hoisting mechanism, the trolley running mechanism and the trolley running mechanism are its three working mechanisms, all of which are operated in the operating room.
When selecting, the working system, technical requirements such as the highest and lowest temperature of the working environment and power supply should be indicated, and it can also be designed and manufactured according to the span required by the user.
This type of machine is not recommended to work under the following conditions: environments with explosion hazards and fire hazards; places with relative humidity greater than 85% and environments full of corrosive gases; lifting molten metals, toxic materials, and flammable and explosive materials.

2. The QDY general-purpose bridge crane complies with the national standards of the People's Republic of China GB 3811, GB/T14405-1993 and the "Notice on Relevant Opinions on the Renovation of Metallurgical Hoisting Machinery" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (Quality Inspection Office Special [2007] 375) and the requirements of relevant safety technical specifications for design and manufacture.
The working level of this equipment is A7, and its lifting capacity is less than 75 tons. It is mainly suitable for lifting molten metal in smelting workshops, rolling and other hot processing workshops (melting non-metallic objects and solid objects whose temperature is lower than molten metal) metal), and can also be used for lifting and loading and unloading in busy places such as workshops and warehouses of continuous production such as machinery manufacturing, metal structures, and assembly.
The working environment temperature is -10°C-+50°C, and the radiation temperature of the hoisted items to the crane hook does not exceed 300°C.
The machine can work indoors or in the open air. When used in the open air, the device must be equipped with a rain cover. This model is not recommended to work under the following conditions: environments with explosion hazards and fire hazards; places with a relative humidity greater than 50% at +40C; environments with corrosive gases, toxic substances, and flammable and explosive substances.
If it is necessary to lift hot molten metal, it must obtain the QDY metallurgical casting crane license issued by the State Administration of Quality Supervision before production. Many manufacturers only have the license for QD electric double-girder cranes, but they cannot produce them without the QDY license for metallurgical casting cranes.

3. YZ type metallurgical casting crane refers to relying on the longitudinal movement along the track direction of the workshop, the lateral movement of the trolley and the lifting movement of the hook to carry out work.
Suitable for metal smelting workshops, it is a special crane for lifting molten metals that meets the standards of JB/T7688.1-95 and JB/T7688.15-95.
It is generally applicable to the ambient temperature of -10°C to +50°C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of 40°C. The radiation temperature of the molten metal to the forging hook and plate hook does not exceed 300°C.
Working level: A7 and A8 are used in relatively busy metallurgical casting workshops.
