Always keep electrical equipment clean, such as resistors, control panels, contactors, etc., remove internal and external dust and dirt, and prevent leakage, breakdown, short circuit and other undesirable phenomena. Always observe whether the motor rotor slip line and brush contact are good. Whether the sound from the motor, electromagnet, relay, electromagnetic switch, etc. is normal.
Check the cam controller and contactor for singeing. If so, replace it in time or smooth it with abrasive cloth before use. When the operating conditions are bad, the motor, wire, and insulation resistance should be measured regularly, and attention should be paid to the insulation of the cable slide and the grounding of the casings. The rust and dirt on the slide rail must be removed at any time. Whether the installation of each electrical equipment is firm, whether there is looseness, and whether the movable parts are flexibly rotated, check frequently to eliminate bad factors.
