For example, when the overhead crane is sliding, the sliding hook can be controlled by pressing the emergency stop button.

Pay attention to the use of the emergency stop button. The emergency stop button should be pressed immediately after the bridge crane is used. Because if the emergency stop button is not pressed, the bridge crane will be powered on. If the key is not touched, other accidents may occur. Long-term charging while driving will also affect the service life of electrical components. For example, the warning light will flash for a long time and the overload limiter will remain in working condition. Over time, the service life of these electrical components will shorten.

The emergency abort button is similar to the power button and unlock function on a mobile phone. When we use the phone, we turn on the power button and unlock it, and then press the power button to turn it off. If used for a long time, the service life will be shortened and the power consumption will be large. Therefore, good habits should also be developed when using bridge cranes.

Regarding the emergency stop button, our company takes into account the occasional negligence of the operator. Therefore, improvements were made to the electrical design. After the operating handle stops working for 3 minutes, the driving power supply will be automatically cut off regardless of whether it is continued to be used. If you continue to use it, you need to turn it on again, avoiding safety hazards caused by neglecting or forgetting to press the emergency stop button, which is beyond the reach of other crane manufacturers.
