Single and double girder cranes are all our hot-selling products. However, they have some differences in the structure, production cost, operation mode, mechanical properties, and application environment. The specific details are as follows: 

1. Different structure: Generally, single girder overhead cranes have a simpler structure and lighter weight, making them easier to install, maintain, and disassemble. However, double-beam bridge cranes have a more complex structure and are heavier, making installation and daily maintenance more complex.
2. In terms of production costs, single-beam overhead cranes have the advantage of having shorter spans, consuming fewer construction materials, and being cheaper. Double-beam bridge cranes have larger spans, consume more materials, and have a higher technical content, resulting in higher production costs.
3. In terms of operation, Single-beam cranes are usually operated on the ground and can be operated manually or remotely. Double-beam cranes require workers to operate them.
4. From the mechanical performance point of view, single-beam cranes have relatively lower stability and smaller rated lifting capacity, with lower working levels. Double-beam cranes are relatively stable and have larger rated lifting capacities, with higher working levels.

Before Work

1. Check the brakes, hooks, wire ropes, and safety devices according to the inspection card requirements before starting work. If any abnormalities are found, they should be resolved.
2. The operator must confirm that no one is on the walkway or track before closing the main power supply. When the power circuit breaker is locked or there is a signboard, it should be removed by the original relevant person before the main power supply can be closed.

During Work

1. After lifting the load for the first time or when the load reaches its maximum weight per shift, the load should be lowered 0.5 meters above the ground and then re-raised to check the brake performance. After confirming reliability, normal operation can be resumed.
2. Operations should be carried out by the unified command signal.
3. If the power suddenly fails during operation, all control lever handles should be placed in the "zero" position. Before resuming operation, the crane's movement should be checked to ensure that it is normal.
4. It is strictly prohibited to brake and stop the crane's main and small car in reverse gear during normal operation. Before reversing the direction of movement, the handle must be placed in the "zero" position to stop the mechanism completely, and then the reverse operation can be carried out.
5. For cranes with two hooks, the main and auxiliary hooks must operate separately when switching between them and when the hooks are at similar heights to avoid collisions between the two hooks.
6. Cranes with two hooks are not allowed to lift two loads at the same time. Adjust the lifting mechanism brake when the crane is not in operation.
7. It is strictly prohibited to use the limit position limiting device to park and to adjust the lifting mechanism brake while under load.

After Work

1. Raise the hook to a certain height, park the main car and small car at designated positions, and place the control lever handle in the "zero" position. Pull down the switch handle of the protective box to cut off the power.
2. Carry out daily maintenance and maintenance.
3. Complete the handover work.
