① Outdoor work

③ Inflammable, explosive and dusty environment
 

If there are flammable and explosive substances and dust in the place of use, the explosion-proof crane with the corresponding explosion-proof grade and explosion-proof type should be selected according to the explosion-proof medium and explosion-proof area. The workplace is a place with a lot of dust, and the dust load and the protection level of each mechanism should also be considered in the design.
 

For example, in 2014, a serious fire accident occurred in the polishing workshop of a metal product factory. The cause was the deflagration of aluminum dust when it encountered a fire source. ⑤ Other requirements
 

If the operating environment is the seaside or has corrosive gas, it will affect the metal structure and various mechanisms of the crane, and an explanation should be made in time.
 

Relative humidity requirements are stipulated in GB/T14405-2011 "Universal Bridge Cranes": the relative humidity of indoor cranes does not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40C, and the relative humidity of outdoor cranes does not exceed +25°C, and the relative humidity is allowed to temporarily reach 100%. . Gantry cranes are similar.
 

The altitude of the place where the crane is used does not exceed 1000m, and the capacity of the motor should be checked if it exceeds 1000m. Over 2000m, the capacity of electrical devices should be checked.
