Acceptance criteria and methods for large tonnage overhead cranes
Acceptance: Acceptance includes pre-acceptance and final acceptance.

pre-validate
Acceptance content: assembly accuracy of overhead crane components, overall assembly accuracy of overhead crane, appearance quality and painting quality of overhead crane before packaging, packaging quality of overhead crane, inspection of internal structure, inspection of crane corrosion and lubrication Situation check, etc.
The pre-acceptance is carried out on the site of our factory, and the inspection is carried out by us. You need to send a technician to supervise the acceptance. After the acceptance is passed, we will ship it to your designated location.
Final acceptance
After the installation of the bridge crane, various on-site tests should be carried out, including installation inspection, no-load trial operation, and load test to verify whether the performance and quality of the equipment meet the requirements of the contract documents and relevant regulations and standards signed by us.
The test program should include test items, test preparations, test methods, test procedures, inspection standards, test time, test forms and progress, etc. Please consult us for details.
1) Installation inspection
Under the guidance of technicians, installers should assemble and debug in strict accordance with design drawings and technical documents.
During the installation process and after the installation, the sub-inspection and overall inspection should be carried out respectively, and the construction technology and quality requirements should meet the requirements of the relevant specifications.
During the inspection process, detailed records should be made and organized into written materials (pictures + text). This material serves as one of the basis for final acceptance.
2) Test run
After the installation of the bridge crane is completed, after the on-site installation test and inspection are qualified, before the crane lifts the load, the no-load trial operation of the crane should be carried out to test the performance of the equipment and the flexibility of the operating mechanism.
The operation of each institution should be recorded in detail and organized into written materials (pictures + text), which will be used as one of the final acceptance criteria.
3) Load test
After the bridge crane installation, inspection and no-load operation are all qualified, a load test shall be carried out to check whether the technical performance and guaranteed value of the equipment meet and comply with the provisions of the contract documents and specifications.
a) Static load test
The crane shall perform a static load test at 1.25 times the rated load, and check whether the deflection and permanent deformation of the girder meet the requirements of this contract and other relevant specifications.
This test is done on site after installation and checks for substantial deflection and permanent set.
b) Dynamic load test
After the static load test is successful, the crane shall conduct a dynamic load test at 1.1 times the rated load to check whether the crane's hoisting mechanism, running mechanism, brake, etc. meet the requirements of this contract and other relevant specifications.
4) Final acceptance
After the equipment has been installed and passed all on-site tests including the load test, and meets the requirements specified in the contract and the provisions of relevant regulations, the final acceptance can be passed.
Note: When carrying out the test, the strength of the crane girder must be guaranteed in terms of design and manufacturing quality
