1. Before starting the equipment, check whether all electrical equipment is safe, whether each emergency stop button returns to the working position, and whether each operation switch is at zero position;
 

2. When the electrical system fails and needs to be repaired, the power supply must be cut off, and live work is strictly prohibited;
 

3. Non-operators are strictly prohibited from entering the operating room to start or operate various control buttons at will;
 

4. Before the operation of various actions starts, the operator must first ring the electric bell to show that the on-site personnel are on their positions and ready to enter the working state;
 

5. Do not operate the equipment in severe weather exceeding the allowable wind speed.
 

6. The operating room is equipped with a threshold switch. The operator must close the door of the operating room after entering the operating room; during the operation of the equipment, opening the door of the operating room will cause a sudden interruption of the operation of the equipment and cause unpredictable consequences. It is very dangerous and strictly prohibited.
 

7. Once the hoisting mechanism slips, the cause must be found out, and it can be used only after treatment, so as to avoid accidents where the slipping hook is out of control;
 

8. Avoid using the equipment in thunderstorm weather. When encountering thunderstorm weather, first stop the main power supply of the equipment, and park the equipment in a place with a grounding wire. At the same time, the staff should not stay on the equipment.
 

9. When an abnormal phenomenon occurs during the operation of the equipment, it must be stopped immediately to find out the cause and eliminate the fault. It is strictly forbidden to run the equipment with a disease;
 

10. Various failures of the electrical system must be repaired by professional electricians or full-time maintenance personnel, and other personnel are strictly prohibited from repairing and modifying without authorization;
 

11. Unless it is absolutely necessary, try to avoid using the emergency stop button;
 

12. Operators must obey the unified command of the on-site construction commanders to carry out corresponding operations, and it is strictly forbidden to operate blindly based on personal imagination or subjective assumptions;
 

13. Operators should carry out various operations in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and it is strictly forbidden to violate, omit, or change the operating procedures without authorization, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of on-site personnel.
