2. Component:

The steel structure is mainly composed of main beams, outriggers, lower beams, upper beams, and ladders.

The main beam adopts a single main beam structure, and an electric hoist (equipped with a spreader grab) is hung on the lower part of the main beam I-beam. Its lower beam is connected with bolts, and the other end is also bolted to the upper beam for easy disassembly. There are a total of 4 running wheels in the traveling mechanism of the cart, there are 2 wheels on both sides of the track.

The crane power supply adopts AC 380V 50Hz, the cart is powered by a safety sliding contact line; electric hoist is powered by cable.

The crane is also equipped with overload protection and safety protection devices such as the limit of each mechanism.
