Semi gantry is developed from MH model gantry crane and LDA model overhead crane, it is a kind of track travelling mid-duty type gantry crane, the one beam end traveling on wall mounted track, another beam end traveling on ground track, the capacity for 2t to 10t, span from 7.5m to 20m, working temperature within -20--+40 centigrade.

The Half permanent Semi gantry is generally composed of a main beam, outriggers, a cart operating mechanism, a winch trolley, an operating handle and a ground beam.

 

The hoisting trolley acts as the hoisting mechanism of the Semi gantry and runs along the main girder. Its metal structure is composed of main beam and outriggers. The semi-gate main beam and outriggers are welded with steel plates to form a box-type structure, which has the characteristics of high safety and high rigidity.

① Tools used for high-altitude operations should be tied with strong safety ropes.

② The jack is strictly prohibited from being overloaded and the handle must not be lengthened. When used, it should be placed on a stable and solid place and must be perpendicular to the load.

③ The chain hoist lifting chain must not be twisted, split into single strands for use, or overloaded.

④ If the suspended objects of the chain hoist are not used for a long time, the bracelet should be tied to the lifting chain.

 

⑤ Do not wear gloves when hammering.

⑥ The fulcrum of the pry bar should be firm, and it is strictly forbidden to apply pressure with both hands when using it at high places.

⑦ When using electric or pneumatic tools, ensure the safety performance of the tools and power supply facilities. Testing their safety performance should be conducted on a platform or a relatively spacious and safe place.
