The gantry is used in conjunction with an electric hoist or a hand chain hoist. The lifting methods include hand chain hoists and electric hoists. The walking methods include manual walking and electric walking. You can choose from them. The hand chain hoist gantry can be used in places where there is no power supply. The realization of lifting mechanization has reduced the heavy physical labor of workers.

1. Metal part

This electric hoist gantry crane is mainly composed of a main beam, outriggers and a lower crossbeam. The main beam and the lower crossbeam are a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates. The outriggers are also a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates. Composition: The electric hoist walks directly under the I-beam lower flange plate of the main beam. In order to facilitate storage and transportation, the main beam, legs and lower cross beam are connected together with M20 bolts.

2. Electric chain hoist

The electric hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam. For details on its structural characteristics, please refer to the relevant electric hoist manual.

3. Operating mechanism

This product adopts separate drive mode. The driving brake is driven by a European reducer. The wheel structure is steel-coated (ZG45# plus polyurethane-coated). The passive wheels are universal wheels, which facilitates steering when moving.

The drive system adopts a three-in-one structure of motor, deceleration and braking. The drive structure is made more compact, the transmission efficiency is further improved, and maintenance is easier than traditional belt accelerators.

4. Electrical equipment

The operation of this product is a variable frequency speed motor. Under the premise of using variable frequency speed control, it can reduce the shaking of the moving cargo and make the operation smooth. It is equipped with electrical controls. The electric hoist and the entire crane are equipped with safety devices, such as lifting limits. switch, end limit switch, etc.

4. Installation of running wheels

This equipment uses a traveling wheel box installed on the side of the main beam. The traveling wheel box adopts a bearing corner box, making the installation and maintenance of the wheel box easier. Simply loosen and remove the corner box bolts to remove the running wheels. At the same time, it saves space and height for the equipment, increases the stability of the equipment operation, and makes the appearance more beautiful.

5. Drive system and traveling mechanism

The driving device and traveling mechanism require the use of three-in-one products, which greatly simplifies the assembly process while improving transmission performance; especially when replacing wear parts such as bearings and wheels, it greatly simplifies the disassembly of the reducer, transmission shaft and wheels. And reassembly, it solves the simplicity requirement of inspection and maintenance work of the walking drive mechanism.

The control system consists of control circuit, remote control device, safety protection system, etc. The control system mainly adopts frequency converter control and can achieve the following functions:

Through the frequency converter, the motor can start at low speed, run smoothly, and decelerate to stop. Make the operation smooth and impact-free.

The safety protection system has functions such as overload limit protection, short circuit protection, motor overload protection, and obstacle parking.

There are also sound and light alarms at both ends of the equipment, which will sound and light alarms when the level car is running.

The multi-functional trackless crane has reformed the principle and structure of the traditional gantry crane, eliminating the track on which the crane relies, and directly driving polyurethane wheels or tires to drive the crane. Its operation is stable, reliable, and easy to install and maintain.
