Features
(1) High load-bearing capacity.
The gears undergo carburization, quenching, and grinding treatment, and their load-bearing capacity is greatly improved compared to quenched and tempered gear reducers with soft and medium hard tooth surfaces.

Precautions for assembly of crane reducer
(1) Before assembly, all disassembled parts and the inner cavity of the box must be carefully cleaned, and no sediment, metal chips and other sundries should be left.
(2) When the bearing is installed in the journal, the end face of the inner ring of the bearing should be close to the shaft shoulder or distance ring, and the gap should be checked with a 0.05 mm feeler gauge (the feeler gauge must not pass).
(3) When single row radial ball bearings are used, in order to avoid thermal deformation, an axial gap of 0.4±0.2mm must be reserved between one of the two bearings on the shaft and the end cover, and the gap should be adjusted by gaskets.
(4) When tapered roller bearings are used, it is best to use the original adjusting gasket to make the axial clearance comply with the regulations.
(5) Fill enough grease into each bearing.
(6) The reducer has been sealed on the static surface when it leaves the factory. When unpacking and dismantling, the residual sealant on each joint surface should be removed to prevent the joint surface from being scratched and stained with dirt; Apply new liquid sealant evenly, such as polymer liquid sealant, etc., and then close the box after a little polymerization.
(7) Tighten the connecting bolts evenly.
(8) Turn the high-speed shaft by hand after assembly, the shaft rotation must be flexible and there must be no stagnation.
(9) Check the backlash of the gear, and the backlash should meet the requirements.
(10) Add the filtered lubricating oil to the position indicated by the oil mark, and there must be no oil leakage or leakage.
(11) If spare parts are replaced during maintenance, the reducer must be run-in again and undergo a load test run before it can continue to be used.

Common oil leakage locations, causes and preventive measures of crane reducers
1. The oil leakage part of the reducer The oil leakage of the reducer usually occurs in the following places:
① The joint surface of the reducer box, especially the vertical reducer is particularly serious.
② The shaft end cover of each shaft of the reducer, especially the shaft hole of the through cover.
③The flat cover of the observation hole.
2. Analysis of the cause of oil leakage
① The joint surface of the box body is rough, and the joint is not strict.
②The box body is deformed, and the joint surface and the bearing hole change accordingly, forming a gap.
③The gap between the bearing cap and the bearing hole is too large, the oil return channel in the through cover is blocked, and the sealing ring of the shaft and the through cover is aging and deformed and loses the sealing effect.
④ Too much oil (the oil level should not exceed the scale line on the oil needle). The joint surface at the observation hole is uneven, the gasket is damaged or short, and the seal is not tight.
